I have been so hyped for this album for a long time, and I have to say I have been very satisfied. If you like deep rap, then this one's for you.

G eazy definetly dropped a classic and went back to his pre these things happen days with these thing and when its dark out element. Respecting the bay rappers and guest show he aint done yet and plus he has become one of the best rappers but got more to go overall great concept

    Best album 2017.
Why? It has everything an album should have these days. From a hyped song like "No limit", to a chill sad song like "Summer in December", from a song about living the dream "But a dream" to a song about his real life "Eazy".
Everything is neat and well done. Just complete. Congratulations, G-Eazy!

This album has to be one of the most underrated I have seen in a long time. With the state of rap these days G Eazy take a refreshing approach at explaining the ups and down of stardom while simultaneously incorporating a impeccable flow. Eazy even goes as far as to use actual words in his songs, which can be hard to find in today's rap.

His take on rap’s current go-to themes of drug dependency, joyless sex and the double-edged sword of success feels stale and smug.

There are no insights to be found here about prestige, depression, or dependency. The whole thing is unbelievably dour and boring.

With an inspired guest list and excellent production, The Beautiful & Damned is a satisfying artistic accomplishment that cautions as much as it seduces.
