Oct 18, 2015My favorite album. I normally never actually buy albums, but I gotta support this dude. Definitely my favorite artist and I loved almost every song and I never get sick of them. I just feel connected to him when I listen, can't wait for The Incredible True Story, Young Jesus is fireeeeee.

Mar 28, 2017It is entertaining and well produced and Logic certainly has flow and the album is open about his life, but the album isn't really groundbreaking or anything completely fresh.
-
Apr 27, 2015I loved this album from Intro 'Til the End (get it?). Logic is back with acclaimed producer No I.D and 6ix. I loved every song on this album. 6ix had some great beats, but overall, the most attractive aspect of this critically-acclaimed album is Logic's flow and lyricism. No album is perfect, but this is the closest album that is to it.

Jul 28, 2019This is a really good project. The lyrics are meaningful, the production is really nice and Logic comes with a lot of fun and interesting flows. It's a really vulnerable and honest dive with good story telling. It's a strong 7 to light 8.

Feb 7, 2018Logic's Under Pressure is a fantastic debut album. I really love Logic's message that he constantly puts out there. The lyrics were great and the music is catchy. I don't think this album is as good as his earlier mixtapes but it isn't horrible either. In the end, this is a wonderful album and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good music.

Mar 25, 2018This is a dope album that expresses Logics personal life and his story. amazing production and nice bars.

Oct 29, 2014I did not have high expectations for this album when he announced it for some reason. From start to finish Logic takes you on a journey through his life. This is no doubt the best hip-hop album of 2014 and the best since gkmc.

Nov 11, 2014This album is extremely similar to the 2012 Kendrick Lamar masterpiece by the name of good kid, m.A.A.d city. The song "Under Pressure" is an almost exact copy of Sing About Me, Dying of Thirst. I absolutely love GKMC and I love this too. Logic is now my second favorite rapper behind Kendrick.

Jul 7, 2016This is a solid rap album, although I have to agree, he does sound like Kendrick Lamar mixed with Drake. While his sound is not original, he still spits fire on every verse.
-
Dec 5, 2014This album is good, but it sounds like previous rap albums that was released by other artists such as Drake and Kendrick Lamar. Under Pressure is decent, but it does not accomplish Logic as a unique artist.

Dec 11, 2014I had zero expectations from the album, as I hadn't really paid attention to Logic, until his BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher.
This album is amazing- Lyrically Logic is strong and the production is A1. Logic's clever delivery truly allows the listener to experience his emotions.
Really impressed by this album, best rap album of 2014 by far! -
Jan 22, 2015Honestly I feel as though no album SHOULD be perfect. But to me, this album is flawless. No skips, no cringe, and I personally like the robot voice. If you are a fan of hip hop in general pick this up. Great album.

Jan 9, 2019I don't have anything bad to say about this album. I like every song as the production is well crafted and Logic's lyrics are sharp with good subject matter. His flow is insane as well. Excellent debut. Still listening to it in 2019!!

Jun 2, 2016Logic showcases his past all along this album it works very well putting together a story. This is album is one to hold on to. Fav Tracks : Buried Alive, I'm Gone, Alright, Metropolis.

Mar 29, 2017Every song in this album is godly. Under Pressure, Gang Related, Soul Food, they're all amazing songs.
He's one of the only rappers I like to listen to nowadays anyway. -
Oct 2, 2017Logic is my favorite white rapper, and for good reason. This album has phenomenal production, amazing wordplay, incredible flow (but what do expect with Logic :) ), and some of the most personal stories that Logic has ever told us. This is my 7th favorite rap album of all time, and it will stay that way. Never stop rapping, Logic. 10/10

Sep 28, 2017For a debut album, this was exceptional. Logic had been releasing stellar projects up to this point, and UP did not disappoint. Music / Instrumentals are extremely compelling, with bouncy beats and hard bass. Flow and lyricism is exceptional, creating great songs one can listen to as classics for years to come.

Aug 16, 2018Kind of a disappointment for me coming off his mixtape series, thought it represented a change in sound. Still like it though
-
Nov 10, 2018A great debut album for Logic. Every song is solid, but it was clear that there was more to come, that would be better, from him.

Dec 3, 2018On Under Pressure, Logic impresses with his tight and technical flow over a great beat selection. He explores interesting and adresses issues he has experienced throughout his life. Hard to ask for much more.

Sep 26, 2019I thing that The Incredible True Story is waaay better than this. It is a good album, but it is soo overrated for some reason.
-
Sep 8, 2021Great album. Nikki is my favorite song from this, but there are a lot of other good songs.
-
Jun 23, 2022A truly classic. Logic at his best form, I would say. Songs like Nikki — they can take you through the old nostalgic times. In my opinion - "Under Pressure" — his best album he's ever done.
-
May 16, 2021Logic’s best work at that point of his career, just great track after great track
-
Dec 27, 2020Young Sinatra turned into mainstream Logic. fresh out from his basement with the hit Mixtapes, straight fire by the way. this project was the true staple in his career. fresh beats, fresh bars, fresh concept and the right amount of features for a rappers debut album (which is NONE). favorite track is "Metropolis" classic boom bap with a new sound at the time, dont pass this one up.

Feb 26, 2021My second favourite Logic album. Sometimes it does feel like GKMC, but not as much as some people say it is. Nice production. Great subject matter. Good lyrics. The title track is my favourite song of all time.

Feb 17, 2022If i could give Under Pressure a 9.9 I would. I cant give it a 10 because I dont believe this is the most perfect album ever created, but it is iconic and truly Logic's best work. So my amazing tracks and an overall cohesive work of art.
-
Oct 26, 2022Discazo, muy bueno para introducirse en el rap, excelente producción y letra. Sin duda el mejor álbum del artista.

Nov 5, 2014This album is all surface-level, free of sharp punch lines ("I been Hungary like Budapest") or metaphors that connect.
-
Oct 29, 2014When nostalgic old-timers lament the golden age of hip-hop, for those championing our current era, Under Pressure is the album to point to.
-
Oct 29, 2014It’s not a verbatim copy of Kendrick’s work, but it’s every bit the stylistic counterfeit, and while it, along with the other mentions above, could be seen as imitations done in reverence had they been released on a free mixtape, their use on an album is no doubt a calculated effort to profit off of the ideas and work of another who did it first, in an attempt to capitalize on the ignorance of those listeners who may not know better.
