It's good. It's very good. The music is amazing at times. There are the odd jarring production moments but it makes for a really interesting listen and it's pretty unique and fresh. World Peace is None of Your Business is a long overdue return to form for Morrissey. Gone are the typically bland, under-inspired indie-glam arrangements that blighted You are the Quarry and Years of Refusal. Inward bound are some sleek world-music style arrangements that are, mercifully, different from anything Morrissey has recorded before. Just like that record, you'll either love it or hate it. As a long time Morrissey fan, I personally love it. It's wonderful to hear Moz flirting with something new for a change. And it's a change that really works! World Peace is not Your Business is the most consistent, artistically satisfying Morrissey record for the last twenty years. And if THAT isn't enough to sway you, maybe nothing will. Simply put, this an a fantastic Morrissey record from start to finish. Expand

This was an awesome follow through from his long absence. We missed his sound and desired more and we got it! I can't wait for a sequel though for Viva Hate! I hope it happens!!!!

Musically, this is the most interesting Morrissey album in a while. Throughout his "comeback" era, the music has always taken a bit of a backseat, more or less painting by the numbers of his more beloved back-catalogue. While "World Peace" doesn't exactly shatter the Morrissey mold, it certainly presses hard at the edges. This is doubly refreshing on songs where the man's lyrics sound a tad less than inspired, and there are more than a couple poking around the middle of this otherwise sharp album. At its best, "World Peace" is brilliant, and at its worst its still easy on the ears Expand

Great album! Yes there are some skippable songs but the majority are great songs.

Me gusta bastante. No es su mejor disco pero su simpleza lo hace muy recomendable.

By and large, the more substantial the lyric the more layered and complex the musical arrangement.

The good (and bad) news for people who love bad (and good) news: Both groups will be delighted and appalled by this record. [No. 112, p.51]

The biggest problem is Morrissey himself, who sounds like he’s trying to be clever rather than actually demonstrating that infamously razor-sharp wit.
