Nails is just another 10s grind/entombedcore band that stays between Converge and Magrudergrind plus some Slayer and macho core typo riffs, this could be the band a wanker like Phil Anselmo would like to have if he met a Boss-HM2 pedal back in the days. To be honest this is not a bad album, in fact it's a decent one, but unless you're a Terror fan and wanna get the real deal go back to theNails is just another 10s grind/entombedcore band that stays between Converge and Magrudergrind plus some Slayer and macho core typo riffs, this could be the band a wanker like Phil Anselmo would like to have if he met a Boss-HM2 pedal back in the days. To be honest this is not a bad album, in fact it's a decent one, but unless you're a Terror fan and wanna get the real deal go back to the classics: Slayer, Entombed, Dismbember, Nasum. This band wont get aggressive as Converge, bad ass as Magrudergrind or classy like Black Breath. Expand

Loathing permeates the band's third album like xenophobia at a Trump rally. Emulating Black Flag gone grindcore, You Will Never Be One of Us beats brief thrashers "Parasite," "Made to Make You Fail," "Violence Is Forever" senseless with merciless precision.

The band's devotion to unadulterated sonic malevolence remains unchanged. They know that the darkest corners of the human psyche have deep closets, and they would like to show you what's in them.

All in all, this is another first-rate effort from one of the most deviant voices in hardcore.
