    I’ve been anticipating this album for a while now, and you can tell how much work the girls put into the album. The vocals, production, etc on this album are immaculate. There are honestly no skips. Though I was disappointed with the number of tracks on this album before release, I honestly don’t mind now after listening to the whole album.     The album is an absolute masterpiece. Each and every song is different and emphasizes the strongest points of each member. The Album shows the many faces of BLACKPINK which will leave you surprised by how versatile the group actually is. One of the best releases so far. It has something for every taste so I highly recommend it! A truly great album.

    I’ve been a k-pop fan since 2011. I stopped by SNSD and 2ne1, the two girl groups that were the biggest. I met BLACKPINK a week ago and they definitely touched me. ‘THE ALBUM’ is one of the best female k-pop albums and definitely the best of recent years. Each song is unique and added to the talent of the girls. Absolutely no one is doing it like them. Wow.

    First ever non-English album that I listened to from start to finish and couldn't wait to replay all over again. Their vocals are so beautiful, even the rappers sing too which isn't something we see quite often. The Korean parts don't sound foreign at all, just like Latin music you can jam to the beats and sing out the catchy bits without knowing what it means.     My favourite album by Blackpink and the only full album by Blackpink. We finally have the girls put pieces of themselves into the album. Blackpink finally showed more of their potentials. I bet with more artistic freedom they will make masterpieces. There have been no skips in this album.

    Every track on the is single-worthy. It is full of diverse genres that show how versatile Blackpink is. Definitely, 10/10 no skips at all, and could listen to all the 8 tracks all day long.

    This album certainly speaks for blackpink's personality, it is honest with glamorous notes and strong lyrics that establish how powerful the group can be. The vocals are pretty stable and the whole production of it was really well done. There are songs for any aspect of their personalities, strength while dealing with struggles

    So good!! Loved every song on there. Especially Bet you wanna with Cardi B !! Rose really showed her amazing vocals and Loved hearing more of Jisoo and loved hearing Jennie rapping in Lovesick girls. Overall really light hearted fun album with so much potential. Blackpink really showed their abilities with this album.

A sonoridade tá perfeita, os acordes e as batidas casam muito bem com as letras, que apesar de não entender coreano da pra ter noção do que fala ( também dei uma pesquisada). Minha única crítica negativa é em relação a duração que é bem curta, e fiquei com vontade de mais.     what it might lack in cohesiveness it more than makes up in experimentalism. im extremely satisfied with the end result!! its very effective in transporting me to a specific pop era while having modern synths and touches to it.

All of them are worthy to be hit singles, but being put together within this album makes it even better. I don't think there's another album that will come close to this perfection. With Pretty Savage talking about how they are just that, "pretty" and "savage" that one can try but they can't amount to them (did they lie?), their lovesick girls track which is also the title track for "THE ALBUM" which portrays a love that should come to an end but they're too in love to allow that to happen, despite them being hurt over and over, with stand out lyrics like "we were born to be alone, but why we still looking for love" also including rap from the two rappers Lisa and Jennie. An emotional track like "You Never Know" which allowed the quartet to be vulnerable and open up to just how tough the industry is and how people will never truly understand them. The album deserves a solid 10/10. Not a single skip.Though are we surprised? This is BLACKPINK after all.… Expand

    Just listened to it and blackpink was really impressive here I like all the songs. The production, lyrics, and flow is really amazing especially their voices it's really good. Lovesick girls is so good too I'm not even a fan but I'm starting to consider stanning them now. Deserved 10/10
