  1. It's certainly nothing unfriendly, and none of it would sound out of place on the duo's traditional weekend slot at Lovebox.
  2. There's a clear focus to the record, too, virtually all of it centered on mainstream dance of the '80s hi-NRG synth pop variety.
  3. If anything, on the likes of ‘Warsaw’ and ‘Cards To Your Heart’, it gets too dark, but there’s enough funk in their trunk to ensure that the coffee table crowd won’t be too terrified.

They've never been subtle, but they're still highly effective. [Mar 2010, p.93]
  5. Album highlight Paper Romance's pulsating, danceable track makes up for the tedious rock-bottom rock-out Look Me In The Eye Sister.

Dig deeper, and check the album out from start to finish (a few times) and you'll quickly see a creative holistic showcase that I never knew was there. Great Job, kudos to all involved and hopefully more to follow. Full Review »
