    Sadly, this whole album is like a disaster. All the beats sounds the same, and it’s just full of boring dancing pops without any creativity. I’m sad to hear this kind of music was made by Lady Gaga. All I can say is that she really flopped.

    "Chromatica" a terrible album, a discard of his previous record works, the only song on the album is "Rain On Me" with the princess of pop.
    Without a doubt the worst album so far in 2020.

    Amazing album, great visuals, great lyrics and production. The tracklisting is phenomenal with the 3 acts separated by interludes. Probably her most cohesive album yet.

    Finally Lady Gaga managed to bring back an album with lots of references to dance pop and electronic pop, however, even with pleasant sounds to hear, I thought that the songs on the album are almost twins! Always with the same beats, which in my opinion, left the album tiring to listen to.

    However, even with these negative points, the album was cohesive and with sincere and transparent lyrics. For example: Rain on Me, where Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande talk about all the emotional and physical pain they went through during their final years of career.
    In short: Chromatica is a cool and innovative album by Lady Gaga, but I expected more from this "new era"    … Expand

Relatively good singles are "911" (+Chromatica II,a historical transition between tracks), possibly "Stupid Love" and "Sine From Above".     This is her 6th album, an album she allegedly spent 4 years making, but I am afraid this was treated as some random EP. We should have known when she released The Cure, one of the worst pop songs ever. I predict she has given up and she will keep herself relevant with side projects such as high budgets films whilst releasing these mild uninspired pop albums.    … Expand

Then Chromatica happened, and holy **** did it HAPPEN. This is the best pop record since, well, The Fame or Born This way. Apart from maybe 2 tracks that don't quite work, everything else is pop perfection. Dua Lipa, RinaAfter Joanne, I kind of fell our of love with Gaga. Whilst I of course appreciated lots of the Joanne and A Star is Born work, overall, I missed dance-floor Gaga. Then Chromatica happened, and holy **** did it HAPPEN. A muito mas a muito tempo mesmo eu não conseguia aclamar um disco inteiro mas esse mudou isso pra sempre. Eu simplesmente não consigo parar de ouvir, fica no repeat da hora que eu acordo até a hora deu dormir.

"Babylon" and "Enigma" flirt with the Madonna´s Erotica era it is pure Nostalgia! "A 1000 Doves" is an acceptable EDM track not the best so far and the worst track is "Fun tonight" which sounds like a regular Eurovision song, definitely not a winner....The same for the duet with Elton John which at least suprises us with it´s jungle ending...."Stupid love" is in my opinion a bad choice as a first single which is not the case for "Rain on me" which with the track "replay", have a strong early 2000´s French touch house music vibe (Tribute to Kylie Minogue´s Fever era, stardust, mojo ect...) "911" is pure Lady gaga which is not a bad thing for people who have been enjoying her music from the very beginning (Not my case) I would say that it is her best effort yet. at least the most cohesive. I have been ignoring her music because it was irelevant and became quite pathetic with Joanne. Thanks to this effort, she finally convinces me a little bit more to be the artist so many people consider her to be.… Expand

The album is deliciously club-ready - a science fiction-leaning, industrial-pop-dance party for the apocalypse, the darkwave and Eurodance elements evoking imagery of a futuristic cityscape at night. TheChromatica is certainly Gaga’s most cohesive work sonically and thematically, and her most exciting work since Born This Way. I can also say, as a gay man, this is her gayest work to date. The album is deliciously club-ready - a science fiction-leaning, industrial-pop-dance party for the apocalypse, the darkwave and Eurodance elements evoking imagery of a futuristic cityscape at night. The album has some truly spectacular moments (“Stupid Love,” “Alice,” “Rain on Me,” “Free Woman,” “Plastic Doll,” “Sour Candy,” “Babylon”), and will be a guaranteed staple of gay clubs and dancehalls for years to come. The LP sounds like it was created outside of the pain of the modern age - it delightfully sounds like the soundtrack to a 90’s or Y2K era college party; although the themes are heavy, the album is able to create a glorious musical escape for the listener. Not every ambition or risk on the album pays off or soars as high as it can (notably the Elton John collaboration), but the energy and spirit of the album is strong nonetheless.… Expand

    Yes! This is what Lady gaga fans have been waiting for since 'Born This Way'. This is her most cohesive album yet, and notably, the only one so far that contains no fillers at all. While not every song is on the same musical level, you can see the purpose and vision behind every song and how it fits into the album. The lyrics are very intricate, and you can actually FEEL the emotion behind the songs, even through the big beats (one thing BTW suffered from). Only downside to the album would be the bridges, some of them are just not that strong, but still not enough to detract too much from the fist pumping. LOVE IT! 9.5/10

    When you think you have heard it all... Gaga just slap you in the face and brings you one of the best experiences that an album can have. Every transition, every act, how it is structured, the lyrics and the sound, everything fits perfect. And if you have not heard the lyrics carefully, you should, they are deep and the sound just makes it better. Album of the year, no doubts.

I was afraid with "Stupid Love" that the album would be more of the same, since it sounded so ARTPOP ... And Lady Gaga did not disappoint me. Experiment with pretty good techno and electronic sounds. She is able to sacrifice her catchyWhenever Lady Gaga releases a record I feel full of anxiety. On the one hand I am afraid she will release a "bad record", but it has never been like this. I was afraid with "Stupid Love" that the album would be more of the same, since it sounded so ARTPOP ... And Lady Gaga did not disappoint me. Experiment with pretty good techno and electronic sounds. She is able to sacrifice her catchy choruses to make the music shine, and this I think is one of the greatest strengths of the album and Gaga: she always dares. We know that she is capable of creating catchy choruses as she has done so far throughout his career, and now she gives us epic instrumentals accompanied by his voice that wonderfully complement the music.

    Every single song (even interludes) are well put together and there is not single song that will be skipped.

While her first work is filled with glimpses of a famous life and full of ambition, Chromatica seem to be the same book, but with authors comments and notes after long 12 years. Chromatica exposes Gaga's vulnerabilty on another level, and it's possibly her most personal record to date. For me, it equals to one of herChromatica feels like a new edition of The Fame, her debut album. While her first work is filled with glimpses of a famous life and full of ambition, Chromatica seem to be the same book, but with authors comments and notes after long 12 years. Chromatica exposes Gaga's vulnerabilty on another level, and it's possibly her most personal record to date. For me, it equals to one of her previous works, Born This Way. But even that album, with all its impact on music industry, loses in its message. For years, Gaga's been talking mostly about other people: her LGBTQ+ fans, celebrities, her family... but never about herself and that's where Chromatica sets in. She seem to have found her way, not that she was ever lost, but she's reclaiming the dancefloor from which she left 7 years ago, and she's totally getting it back! The contrast between its sonority and its lyrics is even more impressive. First the record invites you to dance along through its 40+ minutes lengh, then you get its message.     Gaga commands the dance floor like no one else, this album proves it. The mix between 80s and 90s sounds and the lyricism creates an album with no skips, where even the “worst” songs are good.

    Fantastic electric pop album. I missed dance music from Gaga and it's great she's delivering this style of music for her fans again. The Chromatica interludes are very interesting on albums, I've never seen them done before. I love 9/11, Alice, Sour Candy and Rain on Me. All of the tracks are great though. My least favorite are 1000 doves, plastic doll and fun tonight but honestly allFantastic electric pop album.     This album, as a whole, is not Gaga's best (in my opinion that being "The Fame Monster" and "Born This Way") but definitely better than Artpop, Joanne and Cheek To Cheek. It has a dance, eurodance and 90s vibe. In my opinion there ain't a bad song on this album, however very few are also the standout tracks for me: homogeneous, pleasant and solid album but it could have been better for me

After having to cancel my theater tour, I have been guarding my crypt in anticipation of a post-A Star Is Born bombing from a certain nosey Germ. AndTo say I'm fuming is an understatement. And yet, here she is, delivering bop after bop after bop. The instrumental preludes to each act, the 90s house, the cohesion of all three parts makes my dentures RATTLE in rage. Pulling off a record that ranges from Alice to Rain On Me to 911 to Sine From Above (feat. another Oscar winner? ARGH!) To put it mildly, this surpasses ARTPOP and challenges Born This Way for Lady Gaga's best LP, in both lyricism and music. One can only hope my fans will berate critics and Grammy voters posing as Little Monsnters to try and distract from the sheer excellence of Chromatica.     its very modern version of 90s hause music, she delivered mixing 2020s sound with 90s. Good job. Sour Candy and Babylon are my favorites. Very ball culture. Rain on Me will be all over the radio tho.

    Her best work to date. Cohesive, showed growth and influence from previous albums from ASIB to The Fame. Her voice impeccable as always, i liked how she used and played with auto-tune and voice effects without overshadowing her amazing voice. Loved it! The more you listen to it, the more you like it.
