    Whilst it’s fair to say that the offering has been fine-tuned somewhat (frontwoman Lili Trifilio has all but ditched the Courtney Barnett schtick in favour of a far more direct punk-pop far closer in tone to early Paramore), it’s still a solid effort.

    Honeymoon will be an immediate boon to fans of heart-on-sleeve indie bands like That Dog, Waxahatchee, Charli Bliss, and the Beths. Trifilio is a very good songwriter with a lovely, somewhat folk-toned voice, and Beach Bunny are all good musicians who’ve attained an impressive amount of musical know-how in their few years together.

    I mean its not the most layered production neither is it incredibly innovative but every single song is a hit its incredible how every trackI mean its not the most layered production neither is it incredibly innovative but every single song is a hit its incredible how every track has a catchy hook and the little guitar riffs are one of the best thing about this i just love it and even though the songs are mostly love songs there is nothing wrong with that i just cant see anything wrong with this album.… Full Review »
