Mar 22, 2018An immersive journey, to be sure, it’s one worth taking the time out for to experience in a single sitting.
-
Mar 26, 2018As Cavern of Anti-Matter embarks on a deep space voyage with the album's suite-like final third that culminates with the lovely "Phantom Melodies," they prove their music has an irresistible momentum, no matter how ambitious it gets.
-
Apr 3, 2018Hormone Lemonade is an endearing listen that focuses primarily on the here and now, and as a result messrs Gane, Dilworth and Zapf have every reason to be overtly satisfied at their latest creation.
-
Mar 21, 2018Cavern of Anti-Matter continue to rock, and Hormone Lemonade represents a fine addition to a steadily growing discography. A good set of headphones is recommended.
-
Dec 3, 2018This is a good collection of songs which progresses the narrative of the band and it deserves your attention, but I suspect these tracks work best in a live setting where they would be allowed to elevate above the often overly precise production on the album.

UncutMar 20, 2018There's no straining to distance themselves from their former band [Stereolab]. [Apr 2018, p.24]
-
Mar 20, 2018A winning melange of tinny disco beats, retro-futuristic textures and layers of synth, it’s by far their most cohesive work to date; in its less inspired moments it feels literally (and presumably intentionally) monotonous, but at its best it’s an immersive, absorbing listen.
