    King of hip hop and his album being king of albums. Jack in the box is a classic hip hop with elements of J-hope and it's so good. My favourite track is equal sign this album is everything an artist want to say to the world

    Jack in the box is an album that conveys a strong and important message about what real life is and what’s behind a successful artist when we don’t see him. Each of its songs is delivered in a magistral way including thoughtful lyrics and well-produced music. This is a worth-listening masterpiece.

    Always I felt that Jhope has a special ability to transform his bright energy into an absolutely delightful darkness. I love so much this album, because it has a story, fluency in description, poetry, minimalistic touches but strong and meaninful. Jack in the box is a MUST for a good music listener.

    I'm honestly not a fan of k-pop but this album changed my thoughts. Although it doesn't feel like pop music but old school Hip Hop. I loved that each song is a journey into a story and that it touches on very interesting themes. j-hope surprised me and i will keep an eye on his music.

    Amazing album, with beautiful storyline, we have incredibly multitalented artist here. For a debut, j-hope set a bar really high but I have no doubt he will deliver even better music in the future, because he is THAT talented, hardworking and passionate and he loves new challenges.

    It is rare to see an artist so passionate in his craft. j-hope steps outside his comfort zone and produce a magnificent album. It is more than typical kpop with a blend of rock, grunge, and old school hip-hop. The lyrics are deep and the music are hypnotic. j-hope proves that he is talented artist who is successfully in venturing to a higher plane.

    The Lollapalooza concert was epic. It is great to see the behind the scenes drama and hard-work that went into producing a brilliant album as well as unforgettable concert. We get to see how strong work ethics and his drive to perfect his music. We get a glimpse of his personal family surroundings and it is a real treat. j-hope proves to be a genius that keeps striving for more.

    This guy needs to be proud of his work. Some artists doesn't care at all about make good albums. It is something interesting that he produced by his own. Yeah, we need to improve a little bit but he really is into hiphop, i would like to see him with a very aggressive and hot hip hop like 2000s.

    La verdad es un álbum que me sorprendió bastante, pero en el buen sentido, ya que muestra una nueva faceta de j-hope bastante impresionante.
    Realmente no te puedes saltar ninguna canción, y todo a su vez cuenta una historia.

    There is no more accurate way to describe this album than a masterpiece. It is disruptive, eclectic yet cohesive at the same time, philosophical, experimental, intimate, bold. With this album, j-hope confirmed that he is an artist and not just a K-pop product. An album that has no song to skip and that will remain a must even with the passage of time. Bravo!

    Este es sin duda alguna, uno de los mejores álbums de Hip hop. Es una introspección a lo que es Hoseok y además también está su preocupación sobre en lo que se está convirtiendo el mundo. Cada una de sus letras tiene un significado profundo. Y lo mejor es que Hobi participó en cada detalle de este álbum.

    This album surprises me in a different way. We all know j-hope's persona in BTS and the way he writes his deep lyrics with upbeat and catchy tone. But this time is raw, honest and still hopeful. We all know j-hope's persona in BTS and the way he writes his deep lyrics with upbeat and catchy tone. But this time is raw, honest and still hopeful. Starting with Intro and Pandora's Box, which he narrates who he is and where he came from. The rock grunge in MORE is a surprise. j-hope is always that kind of artist that dynamic and keeps on improving but I was still surprised by MORE, like he is capable of doing that type of music. He put it to the next level. He talks not just himself but also the world how it affects him and his belief in STOP and Equal Sign. Not to mention the vocals on Equal Sign that caught off guard. I never heard him sing like that. He keeps surprising me in a great way. What If talks about questioning himself if he have not all these things, will he be still this kind of person. It's a good song that follows Music Box: Reflection. Then goes to find his safe zone, as an Idol and artist for 13 years, he knows how this industry works, being in the spotlight for long time can be tiring and he needs to find that spot where he feels safe and true to himself. There are times that being an artist can be exhausting and tiresome but he is still hopeful and he discussed it with Future. Sometimes you just have to go with flow and don't fight the current. You have to choose your battles wisely. Ending it with Arson with such a masterpiece, he display his great rapping skills.     Jack in the box is An excepctional experience. Lyrics and Music are full of significance. One of the best albums I’ve listened to in the last year. J-hope is a great lyricist!

    Whether the music on Jack in the Box suits your taste or not, it’s hard to dismiss this album as an artistic statement rather than just chapter 1/7 of BTS proving they can also make money in ways beyond official group releases.

    There’s an excellent three track run from “What if…,” an energetic song that samples Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” into mid-tempo standout “Safety Zone” before a touch of Hope World familiarity returns in the optimistic “Future.”
