    Vale la pena di ascoltare questo magnifico album di J-Hope di BTS anche chi non conosce sia J-Hope che BTS. No se ne pentirà anzi, se ne pentirà proprio perché non averli conosciuti prima.

    J-Hope fue el primer miembro en lanzar su disco en solitario. Wow. Me voló la cabeza. Nos mostró un lado que la verdad varios desconocíamos y fue asombroso. Merecidisima y tremenda presentación en Lollapalooza como el primer headliner coreano del festival.

    The expectations for this album were high and as always, J-Hope did not disappoint! The entire album is very cohesive and each track flows seamlessly with the next. Everything feels and sounds complete and well thought out, and Hobi's vocals are strong and pleasant to the ear throughout, no matter if he's floating on the melody of Equal Sign, or killing it on the gritty sound of Arson.The expectations for this album were high and as always, J-Hope did not disappoint! The entire album is very cohesive and each track flows seamlessly with the next. Everything feels and sounds complete and well thought out, and Hobi's vocals are strong and pleasant to the ear throughout, no matter if he's floating on the melody of Equal Sign, or killing it on the gritty sound of Arson.     This is the best album I've heard in a while, perhaps ever. A cohesive masterpiece telling a story. I think j-hope is a genius, this is a must listen.

    Great album that has an interesting beginning of how it shows you its history and throughout the songs you discover their thoughts. From his own name to the evil of people. Of wanting more and wondering if he continues this path or stops. My favorite song is Future, I really connected with that song.

    Wasn't sure what to expect from his first non-mixtape and it really surprised me but in a good way. My friend who is into old school hip hop freaking loves it. Really cool musical journey can't wait for his next album.

    The past reviews calling j-hope names is some of the most childish stuff I've seen in record reviews. The album is good with a 90s grunge and rap vibe. He samples ODB (most of the reviewers are to young to know who that is) on What if. More and Arson are definitely the stand out hits, but Equal Sign and Safety Zone show off his lyricism.     Whether the music on Jack in the Box suits your taste or not, it’s hard to dismiss this album as an artistic statement rather than just chapter 1/7 of BTS proving they can also make money in ways beyond official group releases.

    There’s an excellent three track run from “What if…,” an energetic song that samples Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” into mid-tempo standout “Safety Zone” before a touch of Hope World familiarity returns in the optimistic “Future.”
