Twelve tracks, well thought out, each one distinct from the others, with many changes in tempo and style and a few surprising for the artist. The album is accompanied by a DVD film, an excellent bonus. It goes through stunningly well-crafted videos to the songs of the album. This has quickly become one of my favorite albums of this decade. I don’t necessarily love every song, but I love many of them, some have grown on me as I’ve listened to them more than once, and I can’t think of any of them that I think less of now than after the first time I heard it. Though I always liked Beyoncé’s music, Lemonade is where she comes into a class that very few pop stars reach. It’s a terrific journey. The album stands a lot for black women in America today, but if you’re anyone else, (including a white guy as I am) you should certainly experience it too. Expand

This album is a gut wrenching materpiece. Some songs made me sad, some songs made me happy. Some gave me chills.
I have to admit, I miss the hits-radio friendly-dancy Beyonce, but I do appriciate her jurney as an artist, and I do think she's at her peak right now.

Standout tracks: Don't Hurt Yourself, 6 Inch, Daddy Lessons, Sandcastles, Freedom and All Night.

Truly outstanding, this album proves Beyoncé is right on top of the pop music scene. The album by itself is definitely one of the best by a major female artist in a very long time and the visuals that accompany are the cherry on top, who else could do what she does so effortlessly?

What's fantastic with Beyoncé, is that you cannot have any clue about what her record is going to sound like. No album of her sounds the same, and this one takes the cake as being her most intimate, intricate, experimental. She pours her heart and soul, worked with such a diversity of people and yet brought her most cohesive work to date. Absolutely amazing album! Soulful, fun, emotional! Beyoncé takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions and uplifts you in a way not possible. LEMONADE surpassed BEYONCE both in its musicality and in its visuals. Beyoncé has never been more raw, more vulnerable, and more diverse in her musical expression before. She takes her experiments with the 2013's Beyoncé album even further... Lemonade is musically and thematically most powerful album she's come up with. Her lyrics are smart, not cheesy. Her production is sleek, not overdone. Her performance to the point, not overdone with vocal grandiose. Her songs are powerful, not mediocre bangers with good vocals. Lemonade is an album you can't stop listening to. Beyoncé is, without any doubt, one of the greatest entertainers ever. With this album she exposes herself to the limit and shows the world how both powerful and vulnerable she can be. Every song on this record is perfect. The film is flawless and beautiful. Lemonade is an extraordinary piece of art. Beyoncé is ART.

Much, much much better album than her previous one. It's very good for listening, also music videos for some songs are absolutely perfect (Hold Up, Formation). Best songs for me are: Pray You Catch Me, Hold Up, Sorry, Daddy Lessons, Love Drought and Formation.

When you're a recognized artist you can play with genres as much as you want. Beyoncé's Lemonade isn't what we expected after the anticipated single "Formation", but it's better than that. An introspective album about singer's life and a journey to everybody's deep feelings. This is Beyoncé's finest album.
