    This album was a MESS. It sounds like rejects from her first album and a handful of tracks sound like Havana. She really needs to start finding different beats.

    The vocals and sounds in this album are magical. Should’ve Said It, Used to This, and First Man are the songs that stand out the most to me. First Man is a beautiful/cry worthy song and I can see it being played during the father daughter wedding dance.

    Magical, sensitive, every song has something different, the chorus, high notes, and the lyrics... you could get the exact feeling of fall in love, a heartbreak, it's just a mix of feelings, I'm suspect to say, but LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
    She deserves the best, and keep doing what loves, performing her songs with pleasure.

    One the one hand, most of the songs showcase very impressive vocals, as well as diverse andinteresting production. Some tracks are absolutely amazing (Shameless, First Man, Easy, Cry For Me), super fun (My Oh My, Should've Said It, Liar) or very nice & soft (Dream of You. Used to This).

    One the one hand, most of the songs showcase very impressive vocals, as well as diverse andinteresting production. Some tracks are absolutely amazing (Shameless, First Man, Easy, Cry For Me), super fun (My Oh My, Should've Said It, Liar) or very nice & soft (Dream of You. Used to This).

    On the other hand, many songs have very flat (or even mediocre) lyrics like Bad Kind of Butterflies, Feel It Twice, Living Proof and even Señorita. They all have potential but are too underwhelming overall.

    On her self-titled debut album, released in January 2018, Camila succeeded at her goal of only including the perfect songs, she did not want any fillers and had a selection of 10 tracks that were all of great quality. That is not an easy task when most of the tracks are ballads - which can be either beautiful or very boring - but she did it. However, on Romance, Camila does not accomplish that, many songs could have been removed from the project, and even those that are good enough do not come close to her earlier work (except the absolute best few ones).

    Moreover, for a concept album, constructed around the theme of falling in love and exploring a romantic relationship, the album is very disorganised and lacks cohesion. Tracks like 'Cry For Me' feel out of place, despite being great standalone records.

    Overall, while it does include some solid material, the album is underwhelming, lacklustre and disappointing when compared to its predecessor.

    This is such a good album, we can se that she really tried new things while creating this body of work, doing something different comparing to her debut self-titled album. Se came with different genres and tempos and she did THAT with the vocals. The album tells a love story combined in three chapters: Chapter one: Camila being in a relationship while wanting someone else.

    An album that takes you on a journey of love, the back and forth chaos and confusion that one feels when you are with someone but your hear wants someone else and you don't know what to do, except its difficult to live without the one you want. Beautiful music, relatable lyrics this album is a lover's delight and a broken hearts friend.All in all a must listen.

Everything feels rushed. Unlike Camila, there’s no delicate vulnerable emotion and only focused as theme songs for fake inauthentic relationship.     The best album I’ve heard this year! It consists of BEAUTIFUL vocals as well as a flawless production on every song and beautiful lyrics. It’s a breath of fresh air in a world were all the music sounds pretty much the same - this album is different, in the best way possible. 10/10!

    Fierce, flirty, vulnerable, and swoon worthy. I think Camila accomplished exactly what she set out to do when creating Romance. I’ve felt every single emotion, good and bad while listening about the highs and really low lows of love written about on this album. The amount of growth she’s shown vocally and lyrically from her debut album is ASTOUNDING. Also, the production on this album isFierce, flirty, vulnerable, and swoon worthy. I think Camila accomplished exactly what she set out to do when creating Romance. I’ve felt every single emotion, good and bad while listening about the highs and really low lows of love written about on this album. The amount of growth she’s shown vocally and lyrically from her debut album is ASTOUNDING. Also, the production on this album is AMAZING. I haven’t stopped listening to it since it came out.     This album sounds like something so personal and at the same time for the whole audience, this is Cabello's best work without a doubt, this second album titled Romance is a divine work that should Best rated critically, Bad Kind Of Butterflies is the best of this album without a doubt, this album is undoubtedly far superior to Camila.

    Throughout “Romance,” the pop machinery clicks cleverly and efficiently into place around Cabello’s voice. The productions tend to be sparse — spooky electronic sounds, an occasional acoustic or electric guitar, hefty but discreet drums — and even where the choruses ratchet up, Cabello’s voice often stays close and confiding.
