    It is remarkable how Katy Perry has been making better music and lyrics over the years. I know that "specialized critics" did not like very much but I feel they have not know about Katy's career, it is not her best album but it definitely a distraction of the horrible current reality.

    Personally, I loved Daisies, Never really over, and not the end of the world, but the rest of the album relied too heavily on cheesy lyrics and witness era beats, instead of pushing for something new like she did with Daisies. Honestly kind of disappointed with this album, as I had hoped that we would get an album with songs more similar to Daisies.

    Katy Perry vuelve a las vibras características de sus antiguos álbumes. Juveniles. Explosivos y brillantes. Sin embargo. Lo que me suele causar conflicto con el álbum es su elección de singles. Siento que el álbum por si mismo los acabo opacando. No obstante. Me gustaría haber visto un poco más de la Katy de Witness.

    Katy Perry is very pure, beautiful and perfect in this era. This album shows the new katy perry who is not only a pop star but a mother. I hope she enjoy and has a lot of fun with her Baby Daisy. Katy has always done a good job and brought us incredible songs. Stop throwing hate at women in the music industry, they work too hard.

    This album is all about rising up, it's screaming positivity! These songs inspires, makes us relate. I seriously feel happy for Katy when I listen to these songs, she seems really happy now. She deserves that.

    THIS ALBUM IS FIRE. I just love it, is full of bops that will make you want to bust a move (Champagne Problems, Not the end of the world, Cry about it later) and others that are so beautiful and emotional (Resilient, What makes a woman, Only Love)Katy really impreseed me on this album, I definetely recommend you give it a listen.

    It is clearly her best album to date, as it’s her most mature and cohesive body of work. There is not a single bad song! It is really disheartening and disturbing to read the vicious reviews from critics, as they in no way reflect the true quality of the album. I hope people can look beyond silly critic reviews and simply enjoy the wonderful music Katy has gifted us. 10/10 Katy!

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
