The LP finds Meek at his most concise and focused in some time. All 17 songs carry that raw, kinetic emotion that has made Meek such a force to be reckoned with but they are also much more dialed in and concentrated than anything on DC4 or his Meekend Music series.

When tested to come up with his most insightful work and justify his missteps, he delivers compelling alternate truths. Wins and Losses shows the rap game is much harder to score than one might think.

The opening title track and "Connect the Dots," two of three cuts produced by recent Dreamchasers signee Papamitrou, are among the grimmest, most thunderous moments in Meek's discography.

he lasting memory of the album is that it seems comfortable, familiar, without pushing any boundaries enough. It is a safe album, and a good listen in places and evidence of Meek’s skillset. However, it doesn’t feel like it will be enough to reverse the losses that so many feel he has suffered of late.

Standout songs such as **** That Check Up''Meek Mill brings to the forefront his masterful skill of changing cadence in line with his beats. Standout songs such as **** That Check Up'' ''Glow up'' and ''Issues'' only further cement the fact that Meek Mill is certainly not a push over and will remain a key figure in the Hip Hop/Rap scene for years to come. Strong effort from Meek, really redeemed his career after the Drake beef with bangers like the title track and 1942 Flows.

This album is very forgettable and generic. A couple decent tracks here and there, but it's just a generic, bloated and boring pop rap album.
