    the growth in his music is amazing, and in this album he shows it again, the transitions that he makes when advancing each song is incredible, very well thought out of all those who put effort into this amazing album ❤️‍

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I liked Starboy and Beauty behind the madness, i think both are good albums so i was very hyped for After hours and it didn't disappointed me. We have some amazing pop tracks like In your eyes and the lead single Blinding Lights, and some emotional and melancholic tracks like after hours, they fit very well and you feel that everything its on its perfect spot making this album and unbelievable experience. The ambientation is the best thing of it, it really put you into that story that its being told, 9/10 nothing to complain about it, simply perfect.… Expand

    Amazing as always!

    I love albums that tell a story and this is one of my favourites. His voice is great and the Production is really retro and Varied.

    Whilst this is the first album I've listened to in full by The Weeknd, it definitely did not disappoint. It gives off a very 80s vibe, especially with all the electropop and synthpop included. My personal favourites were 'Hardest To Love', and 'In Your Eyes'. It's a great record!

    I feel like this is The Weeknd’s best work yet. With him bringing back the vibes I had when listening to his early works like trilogy and kiss land, even while keeping the flow he has today on the album. It’s just a masterpiece, something never made before never seen before. It explains his struggles after making it big in Hollywood, about break ups and drugs (again), and much more. It’s aI feel like this is The Weeknd’s best work yet. With him bringing back the vibes I had when listening to his early works like trilogy and kiss land, even while keeping the flow he has today on the album. It’s just a masterpiece, something never made before never seen before. It explains his struggles after making it big in Hollywood, about break ups and drugs (again), and much more.     I don't care what anyone says. Even tho I love mixtape weeknd. Personally, this is my favorite weeknd album. It's amazing and will be a certified classic in 20 years.

    Imagine dragging your tired body into your car in the evening after work and class on Friday, turning on the CD player and playing full "After Hours"album, driving in the city night full of neon lights, ah, what a wonderful night .

    After Hours remains as one of the defining albums of 2020. Loaded with party tunes and heartbreak anthems, After Hours reemphasised The Weeknd's starboy status.

    I have never heard a better album.
