  1. The snags occur with the group's efforts at grit and substance.
  2. While such willingness to experiment is admirable, in this case the attempt comes off as slightly desperate and too diffuse.
  3. Here, the group courts the mainstream with an almost comic ferocity, jumping on every bandwagon that's passed.

One new inclusion at the time was Fergie, who was possibly key to the success of this album. A better singer than all the other boys her up front vocals drive the songs through. A slightly strange song name choice of 'Lets Get Retarded?' got the media into a storm but it's not a bad song and goes along with the some what crazy nature of the Peas. This album is good if not quite great but its perfect if you just fancy a dance. Full Review »

The Black Eyed Peas uses Fergie's voice so well and the result is their best album yet!
