    Jimin surprised everyone with the release of a new album. Jimin offered a fresh viewpoint on the entire music business, not just Kpop. All the songs are wonderful. All individuals who experienced the same things as Jimin can relate to it. The soothing, sweet tone of Jimin's voice is amazing. Jimin's music is something that everyone should hear and enjoy. He is the genre.

    Jimin has officially created a masterpiece with his solo album. It's an incredible talent to see a different Jimin in every song on the album. One cannot stop listening to it all the time. Thank you Jimin for creating such an album

    Like the name of the album, "face" tells us about a multifaceted Jimin. Each song in a different style shows us his potential as an artist. I want to see more about this versatility. I am very sure that in the next album we will see more of this. As a person who loves music and different types of music, I felt comfortable in this exploration. It doesn't feel forced.     The way I interpreted the album, based on the lyrics, imagery and what Jimin himself has said; this was an album that touches upon his depression throughout the pandemic as well and his identity. Except for the hidden track (which reads exactly like a love letter), I interpreted the album as him questioning who he is. Rather than alcohol (although it can be part of it, but I found it tooThe way I interpreted the album, based on the lyrics, imagery and what Jimin himself has said; this was an album that touches upon his depression throughout the pandemic as well and his identity. Except for the hidden track (which reads exactly like a love letter), I interpreted the album as him questioning who he is. Rather than alcohol (although it can be part of it, but I found it too on the nose for Jimin), it feels like he used to get drunk on the fame and his work, and not that he was without it he was questioning who he was without it. SMF touches upon how the expectations from outside sources made him suppress a lot of who he was but no longer.

    Like Crazy is very, very queer coded to me, which is not something new for Jimin by the way. The way the woman (both in the MV and the choreo) mirrors him, it feels like a fight between femininity and masculinity, with him embracing both in the end. That, along with the inclusion of Mapplethorpe (which he has referenced before in his photopholio) and a hinted at WLW couple, made me relate a lot. As a queer person, the shot of Jimin standing above a video of people kissing striked me as an image with such loneliness, feeling as if love is unattainable for you, not seeing yourself in any of the images of love out there, being alienated of everything people make love to be...

    Jimin’s first album is amazing! He showed so many emotions and his vocals are crazy good. Not to mentioned the beautiful hidden song on the physical album. Keep doing great work, Jimin!

    No sé como describir la alegría que tuve cuando escuche las canciones de este álbum. Park Jimin siendo un pedazo de artista, un gran vocal que nos hizo volvernos locos con su Set Me Free pt2, y luego nos regaló Like Crazy una canción adictiva.

    Amo Face, es un álbum que siempre estará conmigo.

    I absolutely love this album and have had it on repeat since it came out. I love that we get to hear a vocal range we don't often get to hear from Jimin. I also love how open he was with his struggles. I think we can all relate in one way or another

    No es de sorpresa que este álbum no tenga skip songs y que cada una de las canciones incluyendo también el interlude sean de alta calidad, Jimin le puso su alma y corazón a este álbum y se nota de lejos que fue así, su frustración por no poder hacer nada por su situación durante la pandemia se es reflejada en cada una de sus canciones. El nos cuenta sus pesares y pensamientos en una líneaNo es de sorpresa que este álbum no tenga skip songs y que cada una de las canciones incluyendo también el interlude sean de alta calidad, Jimin le puso su alma y corazón a este álbum y se nota de lejos que fue así, su frustración por no poder hacer nada por su situación durante la pandemia se es reflejada en cada una de sus canciones. Re-telling the artists mental struggles during the pandemic where concerts were cancelled and a well-planned hiatus was destroyed, Jimin portrays the magical mix of strength and vulnerability that all the BTS members are so well-versed in. From the raw Face-Off to the gorgeous pop anthem Like Crazy to the powerful Set Me Free pt. 2, FACE is such a surprise.What a remarkable solo debut.     The only thing wrong about this album is that it finishes. Jimin along with his wonderful team of producers has come out with bops for his first ever album. Jimin put stories in his songs, from the feelings of confinement and despair to confidence and liberation, one can relate to as an artist and as a casual listener.     Musically is a turning point. Through Jimin's voice, through the music, the lyrics, the emotions, Jimin shows his true raw self, his emotions and his suffering/experience. Jimin success to give me what I never thought is possible and what I never thought I needed. FACE is a masterpiece made by a music genius and a visionary.     While it’s a short EP, it doesn’t disappoint. If anything, he presents himself as a soloist with an unexpected sound for his high-pitched countertenor voice and very far from those earlier ballads we have heard from him.

    Its six tracks wrap all too quickly, and while it was specified that Jimin doesn’t consider this a full-length project, it does leave the listener craving more music in this vein somewhere down the road — it’s worth repeating that the energy of “Face-off” is one that he should consider chasing most of all.
