Apr 16, 2023An impressive and quite brave debut from Jimin. Looking forward to hearing more of his unique sound. Bravo!
-
Apr 16, 2023A nice album with no skips. A honest diary beautifully and melodically written.
-
Apr 16, 2023With the infusion of hiphop, r&b, and synth Pop jimin integrates his immaculate voice into his first EP to give us an album we can listen to for years to come

Apr 16, 2023Amazing album!
Although the lyrics are sad but I love the songs! especially Like crazy and Alone -
Apr 16, 2023Jimin's debut was anticipated with some excitement. The wait is over and Jimin did not disappoint. each Song tells a story: Jimin's story but also the story of each listener. this album is by far the best release since the solo era of BTS. can't wait to see what Jimin has in store for us in the future

Apr 16, 2023There's truly no need for an album review when you could listen to it for yourself. Face is a masterpiece. Listen to it, and you'll know. Jimin's voice is one of the most unique and captivating voices I've heard. My favorite song on this album is: Alone. PS: buying artists' music should be the norm if you'd like your artist to keep making art. So, pick up a cd while you're at it. ;)

Apr 16, 2023I have been waiting for Jimin' album ever since I became an army. I knew his album would be amazing. And all my expectations were fulfilled. Every single track of the album was new, fresh and different. Only thing that was different, was a full album, not a ep. I can't wait for his full album.

Apr 16, 2023An excellent album with songs showing different genre and full of relatable emotions. First solo album Face by Jimin is a masterpiece and a product of one having a great genius mind

Apr 16, 2023Love Jimin in his element! His ability to convey how he felt at the beginning and thoughout the pandemic was amazing, so relatable and his message came full circle by the end. Love that he made use of his lower register that I appreciate so much. Favorite b-side-only because I can't pick them all is "Alone". I listen to this album religiously and can't wait to see what's next.

Apr 16, 2023I didn't expect a kpop album to be this versatile. Each song has its different color and very refreshing I might say. A bummer that it's not a full length album. I'm anticipating more

Apr 16, 2023Even though it's just a debute album, Jimin did amazing job. My favourite track is Alone.
-
Apr 16, 2023It's a very honest and raw album, a lot of introspection from Jimin and an amazing introduction to his solo music!

Apr 16, 2023Jimin's first solo album FACE takes you on a journey of emotions as he tells a story of his pains and struggles during the last few years; but in the end with the song "Set Me Free pt 2" he battles through all the hate and negativity around him and overcomes it all.

Apr 16, 2023Simplemente, espectacular, las letras, el sonido y la voz de Jimin, todo es magnífico, es posible evidenciar como el artista trasmite sus sentimientos y emociones con cada canción, simplemente es precioso.
-
Apr 16, 2023For an EP, it's amazing, it brings melodic and soft songs like Alone, anthemic ones like Set Me Free Pt.2, hard ones like Face-Off and even an old sound with synth-pop with Like Crazy, for a project with only 4 songs it brings variety. Jimin showcases his different faces and sides, it's an honest work and it is delivered almost perfectly.

Apr 16, 2023Face is a great album. It shows the struggle that Jimin went through during the pandemic. Hiw lonely he was. And I think that this albums reflects on others too. So many people can relate to Face because they went through a hard time, they felt lonely and they were alone, no one beside them to comfort them.
-
Apr 16, 2023FACE perfectly encapsulated feelings of loss, confusion and anger in one self during times of desolation. It reflects on a period of time and the never ending cycle of self destruction that ultimately rises to an epiphany of determination and self assurance to break the cycle with Set Me Free Pt. 2. An emotional, heartbreakingly relatable album with a hopeful end. Absolutely loved it!

Apr 13, 2023While it’s a short EP, it doesn’t disappoint. If anything, he presents himself as a soloist with an unexpected sound for his high-pitched countertenor voice and very far from those earlier ballads we have heard from him.
-
Apr 12, 2023Balancing both his vulnerable and fiercely intense sides, he manages to reveal more of himself in 20 minutes than he has to date.
-
Apr 12, 2023Its six tracks wrap all too quickly, and while it was specified that Jimin doesn’t consider this a full-length project, it does leave the listener craving more music in this vein somewhere down the road — it’s worth repeating that the energy of “Face-off” is one that he should consider chasing most of all.
