This record neatly marries the attitude and energy first heard on Creatures with the industrial beats and vocals they love, making this record the truest representation of the band to date.

Ambitious and controversial, it's a creditable pass that's not perfect, but has flashes of brilliance. [29 Apr 2017, p.50]

Graveyard Shift is a highly enjoyable and entertaining continuation for a band that knowingly winks along with the madness they concoct.

There are plenty of moments on this record where it feels like Motionless have grown into their own skin; tugging at the heartstrings one moment and cutting straight to the bone the next.

An amazing development of their sound that blends new ideas with a similar feel, and is the next step to what they polish on Disguise.

Easily one of the best albums I've listened to this year, especially considering how many fantastic albums have come out this year. There's aEasily one of the best albums I've listened to this year, especially considering how many fantastic albums have come out this year. There's a lot of the same Motionless in White I've come to love here such as Necessary Evil, as well as new experimentation with Loud (F*ck It). There isn't a single track on this album that I dislike, and on top of that most of them are outstanding. From the pulsing synthesizers and thumping drumbeat of opening track Rats, to the quick tempo and vibrant extravagance of Not My Type: Dead As F*ck 2, through to the slower, more personal, vocal-led closing track Eternally Yours, this album amazes.

The only gripe I have is that tracks The Ladder and Hourglass aren't quite as good as the rest of the tracks, while not bad, they fail to stand out from the crowd. Neither of them detract from the album's quality. Overall, this is one of the best albums Motionless in White has put out to date.

Terrible...just terrible. I gave it a 2 because that's how many songs on here I can actually listen to without cringing. The CreaturesTerrible...just terrible. I gave it a 2 because that's how many songs on here I can actually listen to without cringing. The Creatures Motionless in White are long gone. Now they're just a terrible immitation of older bands like Marylin Manson and Breaking Benjamin. Coming from someone who's liked every other album they've put out, it's sad to say this album is the purest of garbage. Expand
