    It's a great album. The vibe is very different from what we already knew from Hobi, but it is still a genius

    What an amazing album! I discovered him through Lollapalooza and I didnt expected to like a korean rapper at all. The storytelling in the album is great and the beats are really good. I never heard something like MORE before.

    amazing album - jhope experimented with a completely new sound from his first mixtape and took on difficult topics for this album. The album tells a cohesive story from start to finish full of self-reflection and self-awareness. The lyrics show a mature, multifaceted artist and his different rap flows show he isn’t afraid to experiment with new styles.

    While most songs are shorter than    amazing album - jhope experimented with a completely new sound from his first mixtape and took on difficult topics for this album. The album tells a cohesive story from start to finish full of self-reflection and self-awareness. The lyrics show a mature, multifaceted artist and his different rap flows show he isn’t afraid to experiment with new styles.

    While most songs are shorter than typical, I feel it doesn’t detract from the album (though selfishly I do wish some were longer as I enjoy them a lot). It almost gives the album a sort of ‘stream of consciousness’ feel - rather than a set of songs meant for mass streaming, which I feel is fitting considering the topics he explores. Despite some content being about the flaws of society, it doesn’t come off as preachy/empty. He acknowledges and reflects on his own person, showing a sense of vulnerability and accountability that is hard to find these days.

    This man again proved that he is a versatile artist not like other typical K-pop artist, i've had listened to other K-pop artist as well but majority of their lyrics doesn’t even make sense and Heavy with autotune, This album is the perfection itself, an work of art..It's very refreshing to see something different which is beyond K-pop

    Jack In The Box is a really great album and I hope He makes an album like this in the future. MORE is a standout from the album and it won't hurt if j-hope decides to pop out with a full grunge/rock album

    This album is a masterpiece. All songs are organically connected. So I recommend you listen to it in order from beginning to end. The second time is better and more addictive than the first time.

    I like the image j-hope created in this album, the rock and hip-hop combined genres are a good combination.
    This album deals with a person's inner battle, full of passion and ambition, very honest lyrics from j-hope.
    The beat of the music is satisfying to listen to, there is no dull moment in this album. The song "Future" is full of hope and the whole album has a beautiful theme.

He samples ODB (most of the reviewers are to young to know who that is) on What if. More and Arson are definitely the stand out hits, but Equal Sign and Safety Zone show off his lyricism.     Nothing but bangers. No skips. This album is full of emotion, grit and introspection with a masterful and varied delivery. J-hope continually shows through his solo work that he has a gift for conceptualizing his artistic vision both lyrically and sonically. it's difficult to just listen to individual songs. Once I hear one, I end up just listening to the whole album. This is special.

    Just being completely honest, being from a western country and how rap, especially J-Cole is very different from other rap styles. This song was not J-Coleesque so I was highly disappointed. Was expecting something like 21 Savage, but those expectations wasn't met! Hopefully it will be better next time, stay strong

It showcases a part of Hoseok that we hadn't seen before musically speaking, the lyrics aren't really different from previous works, people talk about a darker side in this album but if you were really paying attention to Hope World or his verses in BTS songs you would probably know he hasn't really stray far away from previous works.

    It feels a little too short of an album though, it has 10 songs but a runtime of 21 minutes which is a bit eh, I'm personally not a fan of instrumental interludes but I must admit the album does flow nicely when listened top to bottom.

    STOP, Pandora's Box and What If sound kinda similar and it's easy to get confused them by name whenever they start, especially Pandora's Box and What if that speak of similar topics. Future is the typical j-hope song you would expect to hear from him and it does close the album nicely.

    The most outstanding songs are MORE, Arson, Equal Sign and Safety Zone.
    MORE has to be the surprise of the album and is the farthest he strays from his known sound, in my opinion MORE should've been the title track.
    I personally love the vocals in Equal Sign as is not everyday you get to hear Hoseok singing, it's too short though.

That JHope seems to be a true student of the culture, the rap and poetry are there with deep meanings, from the first track to the latest, everything is coherent, well produced and performed which make it even difficult to choose a favorite track...     Jack in the box is not your ordinary album. You know that the songs were carefully chosen, even the order of arrangement is amazing. I love all of the songs. It is my playlist when I'm travelling or waiting for a friend in a date. Bought 5 digi albums and gifted to friends and they were all happy. Good job, j-hope!

    I will never feel bad about streaming 7 members’ releases plus bts whole discography now and then. I still have jitb and indigo in my daily rotation bc, guess what? I love those albums. Same with other releases and collaborations we got recently. I enjoy that music so I listen to it. Their music is my SAFE ZONE.

    This whole album gives great singles but also builds a whole story that will only be appreciated while listening top to bottom. The story telling is truly unmatched, paired with great production and exquisite ad-libs. Even more amazing is the fact that J-hope performs this all at lollapalooza flawlessly. A breathtaking body of work from an amazing singer, rapper and performer.

    My favourite song in this album is equal sign. All the songs in the album are amazing you have to listen the album from top to bottom in sequence it has that flow. Thank you for making this amazing album J-Hope of BTS.

    This album is actually a MASTERPIECE
    I did some digging the artist sang the song on Lollapalloza July 2022 and it was such an unforgettable performance than locals started calling “Hobipalloza” due to the artist nickname “Hobi”

    Jack in the box is such a banger. Hobi as an artist proved himself. Such a versatile artist. Literally can pull off anything he wants to. The new dark and raw side of his was soo cool and mind blowing. As a person who love rap songs, Jhope is surely one of the best rappers on this planet.

Pero el impulso y motivacion de mostrarnos esa otra parte de él que no conocemos, esa parte de Jung Hoseok como persona y no como artista, eso es lo que presenciamos en este álbum. Es notorio a primera vista si se compara con sus otros trabajosCómo empezar?.     Aunque no escucho mucho este estilo de música, ame el álbum completo de Jhope. A medida que sonaba el disco me iba enganchando más y más. Y no sólo por el ritmo, sino también por el mensaje que transmiten las letras de las canciones. Felicitaciones Jhope, sin duda un álbum excepcional.

    Ente álbum literalmente lo tiene todo, primero que nada, las letras son increíbles y transmiten mucho, el ritmo también es genial junto con las melodías, es decir, te pone a bailar con tan solo escuchar el inicio de cada canción. Además, está tan bien hecho que con tan sólo ver la portada ya sabes a qué suena, cómo se escucha y cómo siente. Simplemente es maravilloso.

    This album reminds me the 90's R&B and hip hop I used to listen in my local radio back then. Great flow, great lyrics, it showcase where he is standing now, not only as artist but as human being.

    There’s an excellent three track run from “What if…,” an energetic song that samples Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” into mid-tempo standout “Safety Zone” before a touch of Hope World familiarity returns in the optimistic “Future.”
