-
Oct 4, 2020This album is AMAZING, cant stop listening to it. The album really shows the hard work that BTS puts into their music. They do an incredible job in actually breaking down the language barrier, which seems to be a hard thing to understand for the part of GP and critics who refuse to look beyond the boyband stigma and appreciate the art for what it stands for. Good job BTS, keep it up.
-
Oct 4, 2020I loved the VARIETY of the genres in the album, which makes it very interesting to listen to. From rap to soul to ballads. Some tracks stands out a lot more based on my musical preference but generally it was surprisingly very good. Highly recommend

Oct 4, 2020uno dei migliori album mai prodotti in questi ultimi anni. Amo le loro lyrics molto profonde che rispecchiano i problemi delle persone. Amo anche che abbiano esplorato molti altri generi e in questo album ne è la prova.
-
Oct 4, 2020A great album that makes us feel the message, feel what they are trying to say with their songs, their own feelings.
-
Oct 4, 2020This is the most amazing album of this year for me. It is just so inspiring. Tracks 00:00, Moon makes me happy after a tiring day while some tracks such as Shadow, Inner child, My time.... tell me more about BTS's career, what makes them fear, what makes them happy and feel grateful to talk about.

Oct 4, 2020BTS has delivered one of, if not the, best albums of 2020. Each song in the album delivered not only meaningful lyrics but also beautiful music. Each song is unique and there’s a song for everyone since it has many different genres for people with different taste in music. Simply put, map of the soul: 7 is a masterpiece.

-
Oct 4, 2020MOTS:7 combines energy and heart in a beautiful 19 track album. Lyrically, each song is layered with meaning. Surface at first but dive into the metaphors and mythology and you find beautifully written stories of self discovery.
-
Oct 4, 2020The range in the geners is amazing there's no gener these guys can't do and the lyrics is so thoughtful, these days we can rarely see artist like them who cares to write meaningful songs, i love the album
-
Oct 4, 2020Entertaining from beginning to end. Every track follows a cohesive story through Jung’s Map Of The Soul writings. It’s an in depth exploration of the self. They outdid themselves.
-
Oct 4, 2020Music truly transcends barriers and BTS proves it once again. Each song is very unique and shows that the group isn't afraid of trying new things. Amazing experience.

-
Oct 5, 2020It's been months since this album was released and I can't get over it. It's just so wonderful and warning.
-
Oct 5, 2020BTS expands on that vision with their sleek and polished seventh full-length, Map of the Soul: 7. Through the lenses of fame and relationships, the group embark on a psycho-emotional journey that explores ideas of identity and self, using Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung's concepts (The brighter the light, the longer the Shadow.) as a backbone of the album. Impeccable production.
-
Oct 5, 2020the album has wide appeal the lyricism is just masterpiece the way this album connects persona shadow and ego & how it talks about fears its amazing overall each song has a different vibe i cant stop listening to it on repeat
-
Oct 5, 2020The use/reference of Carl Jung's Map Of The Soul is brilliant in this album. This is about each member exploring their concepts of Persona, Ego and Shadow. The individual solo songs are just as amazing as the group songs.
-
Oct 5, 2020Amazing album with such versatile content! Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a variety of genres.
-
Oct 5, 2020Solid album. You really start to appreciate the placement and reason behind each song once you understand the history behind this band and personalities of the members
-
Oct 5, 2020This is an incredible album that beautifully chronicles their 7 years the up and downs, in poetic words as is customary for BTS albums! Music that touches your heart - to me it ranks as the best albums of the year
-
Oct 5, 2020One of the best albums in 2020. Black Swan has a powerful message for artists. Black Swan is a graceful reminder to move from any position where you feel powerless and at the mercy of external forces. When your love for the craft starts waning...
You should read the lyrics to appreciate the songs better.
It's a powerful album from BTS. -
Oct 5, 2020The best álbum ever ❤ the songs are really good and enjoy everyone, is so personal for BTS and is the album of the year

-
Oct 5, 2020This album is very dynamic and awesome. Every track has its own personality and emotion. Also, the story behind every track is different from one another. This album really showcase BTS members abilities on writing / producing good songs.

Awards & Rankings
-
Mar 4, 2020As a whole, the strong but not particularly unruly “7” is less sure-footed than “Love Yourself: Tear,” the group’s last full-length, from 2018, and the first K-pop album to debut atop the Billboard album chart.
-
Feb 27, 2020Taut and primal, “MOTS: 7” is a kind of self-referential homage. ... Each get solo turns to shine here, their collective work is what stands out.
-
Feb 25, 2020Persona lacked the natural fluidity and chicness of their best music. Those problems aren’t exactly mitigated here, since most of those songs appear on this album too, but within this new context, they feel like a flashback before the saga continues. Many of the new songs are better about balancing Easter eggs for day-ones with new entry points for more casual listeners.
