SMM proves that Jourgensen still breathes fire. But this time, he's incinerating you with a grin on his face. [May 2016, p.82]

A lot of this record sounds like Psalm 69 if you turned the drum machine to the ‘Blur’ setting, a snarling hyperspeed punkdustrial vomitorium of choppy samples and churning metal riffs. It’s not all armed audio warfare, though.

Dark and pummelling, making it hard to digest in one sitting. [May 2016, p.116]

This is music that has no mind for the commercial, which is a quality we all might applaud. But be warned, this is intense stuff. [16 Apr 2016, p.53]

Great speed album. Perfect blending between speed metal and industrial metal. The only problem to be consider is the sudden genre change. TheGreat speed album. Perfect blending between speed metal and industrial metal. The only problem to be consider is the sudden genre change. The first half (until gates of steel), presents characteristics of both genres, having the electronic part of industrial metal, and the speed of speed metal (songs have over 220 bpm). The other half just present a calm industrial metal, it seems it lost the speed part. Despite that it is a great album and I would recommend for anyone who enjoys industrial metal and speed metal.
