    Weird Sister can be a little grating or samey at points, but overall it's refreshing to hear a '90s revival band that actually has the furious lo-fi energy of the period nailed.

    On listening to this album it reminded me of Velocity Girls Sub Pop debut Copacetic sped up a little. The album is quite short at around half an hour but rewarding and filled with energy. Nice harmonies, noisy dynamic riffs and slightly muddy but endearing production make you want to come back for more. For fans of pixies, sonic youth and proper indie rock. Good effort. Expand
