    The folk style of this album did not please me very much. I don't really like the music but I listen to some.
    In this album the songs are very cohesive and it contains a sound audio that is nice to hear, however I still prefer Taylor with her songs more "pop".

    I will never be over this album. The production is exquisite but what takes centre stage is the incredible song writing. I have also discovered a new found love for Taylor’s vocals! She has this lovely, almost ethereal voice that makes me feel like I’m lying on a cloud. Oh and track seven made me sob lol

    I've been a fan of Taylor since Fearless era but I stan her on 1989 era, I really love how she convey the message of the song how they are related to one another (maybe some) the "teenage love triangle" for example. I'm so invested to it ! the story telling type of music that Taylor put up to this world is unimaginable! her BEST album if we're talking about lyrics, feeling and storytelling...

    I’ve been a fan since the beginning. There have been albums I’ve adored (RED, reputation), and some albums I’m not a huge fan of (1989), but folklore...this is her best work. I didn’t think I could ever again be as wowed by her as I was when she released reputation but I stand completely corrected. 10/10, it is an absolute, skip-less masterpiece. My favorite tracks are the 1, exile,I’ve been a fan since the beginning.     It’s good. Not sure what took Taylor swift so long to venture into the alternative folk and indie style that Lorde, Bon Iver, The National Lana Del Rey have mastered.

    These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
