    This is beyond kpop. RM do seriously to this album. He puts emotion in every lyrics. It’s not easy thing if artist make one album with various genres. But RM surprisely do good work on Indigo. Everybody should hear these as comfort songs. Give impact not just trending songs. But related to someone experiences and sounds be lifetime album to hear.     I've been listening to Indigo every single day since it dropped back in December and let me tell you this album gets better and better with every listen! There's a track for every kind of emotion you feel on a daily making it the ultimate every day companion; so when Namjoon said "Use it: while taking a walk, shower, drive…” he was not kidding! It gives me hope, joy, motivation, comfort, reassurance and is basically that pat on the back or whisper in my ear wishing me all the best and telling me it'll be alright! I don't know which part of the world I'll be in a couple of months or what I'll be doing but one thing is for sure; Indigo (and Mono) are coming along with me everywhere!… Expand

    Loved the diversity of genres and overall theme of the album. Listening to it somehow feels comforting. My favourites would be Yun (with Erykah Badu) and Forg_tful (with Kim Sawol).

    From the the 1st to the last track RM gives you a glimpse of who he was and who he is. This album speaks to the soul of what it is like to be a human and it is OK to make mistakes. Listened to the album from beginning to end with no skip. Worth the 30 minutes.

    There's only one artist in the world that could've topped a masterpiece album like Mono and that is *ba dum tsh*....RM himself! He did it with Indigo and i'm afraid he's going to do it again and again with every new project he takes on because he's just that good ! Masterful production, genius lyrics, top notch vocals /rap flows and overall impeccable taste; give this man a grammy already!

    Every single song on this album convey story from RM that resonates with me. Listening Indigo from top to bottom for the first time is an experience I love and want to feel like the first time all over again.

    Great album. RM just shows varied skills and craftmanships in this album. So young and yet so talented, hes play with words and his genius is evident in all of the songs. Not only that it also shows his vulnerability as an artist and as a person. Every song is notable, truly inspirational.

    This is such a beautiful an well thought album It's impressive how much work was put in to every detail of this album, from the lyricism of each song that is delivering a profound message in a specific order, to each artist featured chosen carefully to give each song the best delivery of that message and feelings. Also the versatility of genres and resources made this album a jewel .

As someone in their mid20s, I feel especially moved by his words. My favorite songs would have to be All Day ft Tablo, Closer ft Paul Blanco & Mahlia, Still Life ft. Anderson Paak, No.2, and Yun.     Es increíble este álbum, cuando salió y apenas lo escuché fue incontrolable dejar de escucharlo, es un álbum realmente irónico que no pasa de moda, la voz en la canción principal 'Wild Flower' es increíble, la voz del Artista RM, es encantadora, el significado que le da al RM de su pasado 29, me hace poder sentirlo!     One of the best songwriters of all time. If only people tried to look into his English lyric translations, they would realize how genius this man is. This album is an artwork created by the artist Kim Namjoon. Every single track is a masterpiece. He just doesn't get the praise he deserves. One day y'all will realize how badly y'all slept on him.

    This album is an absolute delight, seemingly at first without a particular genre but after multiple listens establishes itself as a mainstay. Personally LOVE "Closer" and "Lonely" but every song has now imprinted itself on my heart and this is an album i will be listening to over and over for years to come.

    I’ve lived with Indigo for nearly five months and I’m now convinced I will never never never grow tired of it! I still change my favorite song every few days and am completely in love with all 10. I’ve taught literature for more than a decade and believe the lyrics are pure poetry. As Emily Dickinson said, “If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that isI’ve lived with Indigo for nearly five months and I’m now convinced I will never never never grow tired of it! I still change my favorite song every few days and am completely in love with all 10. I’ve taught literature for more than a decade and believe the lyrics are pure poetry. As Emily Dickinson said, “If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.” This is how I felt upon listening to RM’s Indigo the first time. Then I printed out the lyrics and translations and put them in a binder so I can scribble notes in the margins. As with all my favorite writers, the meaning changes with the seasons and with life. There are layers. I’ve cried to songs like No. 2 & Wildflower and belted out Lonely with my friend who lost her husband last year. It’s an incredibly hopeful album even as Namjoon never shies away from raw honesty as he looks at the pain he has experienced in his life. How can an album composed of 10 distinct genres be so cohesive?! Each song is so unique and perfect. The reason Indigo never gets old is that it’s sonically interesting. Nothing cliché is in this album; it’s full of surprises and ear worms. Indigo is best listened to volume up as high as possible as you speed down the interstate for hours. It’s a JOURNEY. It’s also your best friend when you have to do those mindless household chores. It makes you more creative when you cook a dinner from scratch with a good glass of red wine in hand. I’ve begun to divide my life into Indigo units of time. I walk 2 Indigos nearly every day— that is, I walk 32 minutes one way then turn around and walk 32 minutes back home. Instead of 10-15 minute sets of exercise or hooping I do a Change Pt.2 +Wildflower + No.2 or any combination of the songs. It is truly the soundtrack to my life and one of only a handful of albums that I feel this way about. (Tea for the Tillerman, Nick of Time, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme, Doo Wops & Hooligans, Songs in the Key of Life, Parachutes, & Eva Cassidy’s Songbird) Indigo will outlast them all for me. Finally, I want Kim Namjoon to know that, yes, I listen to Indigo when I drive, drink my coffee & take a walk. I listen to it when I take a shower, work on my computer, and when I sit in the sun reading a book. I do dance to it. And I have listened to it when flowers bloom or fall. Somehow I hope that I can send a message through the universe to poet & musician RM how very thankful I am for this gift of words and music.… Expand

    If there's one person who knows how to make soul-healing music, that's KIM NAMJOON. I love love indigo, he has been working on it since 2019 almost 3 years with collaborations from various people he looks up to.
    I'm glad he could put out this masterpiece of an album when most of us needed it.

    One of the best albums released in 2022. RM being the best lyricist has done an amazing job on Indigo. It has different genres throughout the whole album, you never know what to expect next. Looking forward to his next music

    I’m a fan of RM’s mono album so when he dropped Indigo, I was really expecting it to be one of my fav & sure enough, it is! Every track is great. Forg_tful is one of my favs but closer, wild flower wow RM did justice with this album.

    This album brought me through the beautiful journey, leading me to experiencing variety of emotions; happiness, loneliness, emptiness, nostalgia, even contemplating my own life experiences. Most importantly how RM expresses his own self and delivers important messages in a sophisticated way through lyrics and kinds of sound can be called 'masterpiece.'

Kim Namjoon is a real artist and musician who loves his art - the music and literal art as in nature, paintings and human behaviour. He is a rapper who writes poetry in his raps.     How can an album consists of only the good songs? I keep listening to all of the songs in this album as it really giving the vibe to the listener.. calming and fun to listen to.
