    Jack In The Box is surely an unexpected turn of event, a surprise definitely. We get to see what JHope of BTS can be as a solo artist, while still being the the JHope of BTS. Tearing away from his sunshine personality, Jung Hoseok has shown his potential to rise in the denser side of music. As much as it is intriguing, it is also a no skip playlist, especially, for avid listeners ofJack In The Box is surely an unexpected turn of event, a surprise definitely. We get to see what JHope of BTS can be as a solo artist, while still being the the JHope of BTS. Tearing away from his sunshine personality, Jung Hoseok has shown his potential to rise in the denser side of music. As much as it is intriguing, it is also a no skip playlist, especially, for avid listeners of hip-hop genre. Its a beautiful collection of personal feelings over the years as BTS's JHope, self-endurance, self-discipline, is what i believe is the key factor of Jack In The Box album. He samples ODB (most of the reviewers are to young to know who that is) on What if. More and Arson are definitely the stand out hits, but Equal Sign and Safety Zone show off his lyricism.     amazing album - jhope experimented with a completely new sound from his first mixtape and took on difficult topics for this album. The album tells a cohesive story from start to finish full of self-reflection and self-awareness. The lyrics show a mature, multifaceted artist and his different rap flows show he isn’t afraid to experiment with new styles.

    While most songs are shorter than    amazing album - jhope experimented with a completely new sound from his first mixtape and took on difficult topics for this album. The album tells a cohesive story from start to finish full of self-reflection and self-awareness. The lyrics show a mature, multifaceted artist and his different rap flows show he isn’t afraid to experiment with new styles.

    While most songs are shorter than typical, I feel it doesn’t detract from the album (though selfishly I do wish some were longer as I enjoy them a lot). It almost gives the album a sort of ‘stream of consciousness’ feel - rather than a set of songs meant for mass streaming, which I feel is fitting considering the topics he explores. Despite some content being about the flaws of society, it doesn’t come off as preachy/empty. He acknowledges and reflects on his own person, showing a sense of vulnerability and accountability that is hard to find these days.

    What an amazing album! I discovered him through Lollapalooza and I didnt expected to like a korean rapper at all. The storytelling in the album is great and the beats are really good. I never heard something like MORE before.

    Es completamente diferente a lo que J-hope nos mostró en Hope World, y es increíblemente bueno. Desde que inicia hasta que termina es toda una aventura musical. Mis tracks favoritos son Equal Sign y Safety zone. Me encanta como podemos pasar de More una pista completamente llena de energía a Future, un track que inspira esperanza, en conclusión, best álbum del 2022.

    Este álbum no tiene ningún “skip”, me encanta escucharlo de inicio a fin, para ser sincera mi canción favorita y la que más me sorprendió fue “What if…” pero siempre me gusta escuchar “Equal Sign =“ a la gente que conozco como recomendación, ¡y siempre a todos les gusta! muy buen álbum, es diferente a sus anteriores mixtapes, pero toda su discografía es muy buena.

    It is one of the best albums I have heard, not to say the best, the fact that it conveys so much feeling and that it has been done from the heart gives it even more meaning...
    I have no words to express how immensely happy listening to the album makes me, with it all my worries go away, very good album

    Despite what troll reviews are saying, this was a fresh album and I loved each song, particularly 'Equal Sign', 'Arson', and 'Future'. Not only does the album carry good and personal messages, it's sure to get you up and moving, whether it's to jam out or to give you motivation to be productive! I love that it's so different and not at all what was expected from him (in a good way).

    I've enjoyed previous music by this artist and was looking forward to Jack In The Box. The first single surprised me; didn't know what to expect. The Album deserves to be listened to in order, as it tells a complete tale, with a foundation of hip hop but dashes of various other musical influences. I enjoyed the flow from Safety Zone to Future very much. Have to confess, though, that myI've enjoyed previous music by this artist and was looking forward to Jack In The Box. The first single surprised me; didn't know what to expect. The Album deserves to be listened to in order, as it tells a complete tale, with a foundation of hip hop but dashes of various other musical influences. I enjoyed the flow from Safety Zone to Future very much. Have to confess, though, that my favorite is shaping up to be =. At 21 minutes I found it a bit short.     It's a really good album from top to bottom, both musically and lyrically! I love how he portrays himself as an artist and as a human being, and his journey. A very well crafted peice!

If in Hope World we had an intimate and "sunny" side of BTS's J-hope, Hoseok built after Arson a darker side in his career. In addition, he had mentioned that Arson was one of the reasons why Jack in the box was born. In this sense, when we received in Blue Side spoilers in its cover art for the single, andJack in the box is a new chapter of J-hope, which brings a new side of your self.     The music flows telling a full story. Must listen from beginning to end for the the full story of Jack in Box Pandora Box. Individually the songs flow smoothly.

    Whether the music on Jack in the Box suits your taste or not, it’s hard to dismiss this album as an artistic statement rather than just chapter 1/7 of BTS proving they can also make money in ways beyond official group releases.

    There’s an excellent three track run from “What if…,” an energetic song that samples Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” into mid-tempo standout “Safety Zone” before a touch of Hope World familiarity returns in the optimistic “Future.”
