Uno de los mejores discos del año pasado, las letras contestatarias pero al mismo tiempo poéticas, los géneros y la voz de Beyoncé. Feminista, político, lírico y experimental. El mejor trabajo de Beyoncé hasta la fecha,

Lemonade is a genre bending album that tells the struggle of a relationship dealing with infidelity, from grief to anger and reconciliation this album does something very few are able to do... tell a story.

Beyoncé’s Lemonade is a revelation from the superstar pop singer, a clear step above any studio album she did before it. Twelve tracks, well thought out, each one distinct from the others, with many changes in tempo and style and a few surprising for the artist. The album is accompanied by a DVD film, an excellent bonus. It goes through stunningly well-crafted videos to the songs of the album. This has quickly become one of my favorite albums of this decade. I don’t necessarily love every song, but I love many of them, some have grown on me as I’ve listened to them more than once, and I can’t think of any of them that I think less of now than after the first time I heard it. Though I always liked Beyoncé’s music, Lemonade is where she comes into a class that very few pop stars reach. It’s a terrific journey. The album stands a lot for black women in America today, but if you’re anyone else, (including a white guy as I am) you should certainly experience it too. Expand

Another masterpiece from the queen. Less vocals but a lot of personality ! She shows her powerful voice but also her sweetest part. Loved it (even if i prefer when she shows her amazing vocals)

Best. Album. Of. All. Time. Beyond any other album in every aspect. Pure perfection. Every track is perfection. There are 12 music videos that are all different and deep.

I have never been heavily invested in Beyoncé until this album. Although she has stepped outside of her typical style, the effort that she puts into it has given returns of sure quality. To say that this is not deserving of acclaim would be a slap in the face of anyone who owns a pair of ears.

Terrible album. I did not see any music pop in the radios, and I only know Formation because I saw it on tv. It lacks vocally, with different features, the songs are all alike, at least it sells a lot.

Much, much much better album than her previous one. It's very good for listening, also music videos for some songs are absolutely perfect (Hold Up, Formation). Best songs for me are: Pray You Catch Me, Hold Up, Sorry, Daddy Lessons, Love Drought and Formation.

A masterful record from Beyonce and her (large) team of songwriters, lyrically covering the pain of infidelity over a plethora of different musical genres.

A total masterpiece. The Queen has done it again! Easily one of the best albums of 2016. I could tell she took her time in creating these songs, as well as the visual. This whole record consists of all her emotions dealing with infidelity, and addressing her beliefs and views on feminism, brutality, etc. The smooth transition and storyline is perfection. I have probably listened to this album over 10 times. The incredible filming in the visual film was so touching, and charismatic. I had to pick up a physical copy, which I usually don't do, and also got a subscription to TIDAL music, which, by the way, is the only streaming service that has LEMONADE on it. It was worth every single penny. Bey-Hive Forever!!! Expand

Beyoncé finally did what I wanted her to do. she shouted. Different from the others albums, the performer of Formation wanted to make explicit her activism about women and black people condition that she used to quietly show in her songs. The predecessor, "Beyonce" still got the some of the lyricism of Sasha's side from "I am Sasha Fierce", but it started the journey of Beyonce in throes of feminism. Lemonade added to it's concept the urban contemporary genre, that magnifies it's power in function of the realism about black people. Beyoncé abdicated the powerness of voice and concentrated in the strength of the words. My favorite song is Formation, but I must give contrast these two: "Pray You Catch Me" and "6 inch" Expand

Beyonce at her core has proven to be a student of music, particularly of the R and B genre, but with each album she has experimented with other flavors. This is by far the best Beyonce's album - such a masterpiece from the breathing legend. It's really funny how immature Rihanna's or Gaga's fans (no offence, I like them, but some of their fans... just no) come here just to write his favorite word - overrated. Lemonade destroys Anti and Joanne. I ain't sorry. And one more thing - during hating don't hurt yourself!

Just because it's a pop album, that doesn't mean it's shallow. Lemonade is Beyoncé's most personal album to date, and her most perfectly crafted one, too. It's entertaining, powerful, full of messages and incredible. An odyssey from beginning to start.

She takes her experiments with the 2013's Beyoncé album even further... Lemonade is musically and thematically most powerful album she's come up with. Her lyrics are smart, not cheesy. Her production is sleek, not overdone. Her performance to the point, not overdone with vocal grandiose. Her songs are powerful, not mediocre bangers with good vocals. Beyonce's message goes way beyond the music. It touches your soul and makes you feel almost every emotion. By far her best album to date. I think it has something of "4" and something of "BEYONCÈ" and she combines these to make the perfect album. Most certainly the best female album of the decade and century. By far her best album to date. I think it has something of "4" and something of "BEYONCÈ" and she combines these to make the perfect album. Most certainly the best female album of the decade and century. Lemonade is not about a cheating man but about a woman's journey to forgiveness. The album starts off with two songs about the suspicion and learning of the man's unloyalty. The next two songs, "Don't Hurt Yourself" and "Sorry", literally scream "You are gonna pay for what you did". "6 inch" features an empowering message to hard working women all around the world, and no, it's not about a prostitute. "Daddy Lessons" takes us back to the roots of this woman's life just for us to further understand her situation, feelings, aggression, sweetness. "Love Drought" is where she starts to reflex and think about how maybe it wasn't all his fault and maybe she did act cold to him before. "Sandcastles" is about redemption, forgiveness. "Fordward" is about moving on, not forgetting about everything that happened, but about accepting it and moving fordward. "Freedom" is explosive, empowering and features a gospel chorus that won't escape your head. "All Night" closes the album celebrating love and features the best lyrics in the whole album: "They say true love is the greatest weapon to fight the war caused by pain", "With every tear came redemption, and my torturer became my remedy'. This album stands next to the bests of all time and has an empowering message about being a proud black woman in the 21 century. Expand
