With Lemonade, Beyoncé continues to shows her commitment to concept albums. Not a single song on Lemonade is a "filler" nor a "single." The whole album is an emotional and empowering journey, one all the listeners could easily relate to to a certain degree. One of the best albums of the decade hands-down.

Some people might call this an experimental album, well it is not, at least if you are willing to look outside the shell of pop music. Without the visual support the album would not recieve the positive feedback that it is getting now. I am giving it 5/10 for a real effort and actually meaningful topics, nothing else in this album is worth it.... Expand

Com certeza o melhor álbum do ano. Lemonade é fantástico
Beyoncé criou um álbum com uma forte mensagem. Poucos artistas realmente falam o que pensam.
Beyoncé se supera a cada álbum.

The album takes you on a (beautiful) journey through a wife's heartbreak and forgiveness. Although there is a strong underlying message on the majority of songs - they never become preachy or hateful. A career defining album.

Best album of the decade so far, the structure, the way she sings... She's beyond human! There's no other artist right now that you could compare to her, she's incredible.

the album isn't bad, nor is it good. it's meh. the album is very very well mixed! not all of the songs are for everyone, heck, there's even a country track on this album! this album is pretty varied, imo. it's a decent album, but not all of it is for me.

    most favourite: Sorry
least favourite: Pray You Catch Me, All Night (I feel as if All Night is filler)

This Album is beyond amazing. Not only does Beyoncé talk about things that are innovative and necessary to talk about, but she makes it interesting as well. There's definitely something for EVERYBODY in this album. No matter if you're a fan or not.

It goes on the most intimate feelings of a woman- no matter what race. Sure it gives - and most not be overshadow - an amazing empowerment to black people, specially women- but other races can appreciate it to - I sure do !
And man.. MAN can and must also hear and feel what she sings.. because.. they feel the same !! We are all human !

Now, you can hear it and you know you'll find an amazing work.. but when you see the visuals... this won't leave your heart.

Way too pretentious. It's a good album putting the gimmicks and fake tabloids aside. It does not feel genuine. She's clearly it for the SCHMONEY and it shows. The music is not that great however, which everybody forgets to talk about regarding LEMONADE as the visuals and gimmicks overshadow it, massively.

This album is art. The experimentation is successful, and the blend of black music and other genres to create a variation of said genre to let her experiment but still be queen bey is just genius.

It's just a wonderful experience. Each song is just a part of the journey. From denial, to anger, to disappointment, to depression and forgiveness, Lemonade is raw storytelling. Pure emotion from betrayal. Beyoncé just proved she can do anything, from R&B, to Hip Hop, to Reggae, Rock, Pop, and even Country. She's definitely the Queen.

78/100. Definitely a good album, but I don't see how it was able to garner a 93 metascore currently... Best songs are "Pray You Catch Me", "Sandcastles", "Freedom" and "All Night". Worst song on the album is "Sorry".

Queen Beyoncé has really created an unmatched standard she's truly legendary Expand

I wasn't caught up, trying to put pieces together with certain songs, lines and etc lol. But as someone just focusing solely on the music, I thought Lemonade was a very solid album.

Beyonce is what the music industry has been missing since 2013, and music since her self-titled album has been relatively boring, and she doesn't disappoint with her latest effort LEMONADE. From the different genres she successfully ventured, to the raw emotion and her brave truth behind all the songs. Definitely Beyoncé's best album so far. It doesn't really sound like anything she has ever done before, which probably deters many people. That is probably the reason people say it's boring, because it's really different and new. There isn't a feeling of "trying to hart to pull out some hit song for the radio". It's really artistic and pure to me, and the lyrics are so **** gooooood! They are really bare and raw, in a sense that it gives you all Beyoncé's feeling right in your face. There is no censorship of lyrics that describe what she feels and what the message and there are. I think the album is really beautiful and clever, and thee melodies are super witty. Expand

By far Beyonce's best album. She covers everything from R&B, pop, reggae, rock and even country all while managing to be her most cohesive album to date. With songs covering topics such as heartbreak, rage, loss and redemption. This is Beyonce' at her most vulnerable and yet most fearless.
