    Una completa basura de principio a fin. Piezas vacías, pésima calidad vocal. Intentó ser experimental o innovadora con el título pero resulta todo lo contrario. De todos sus discos basura, el peor de todos

    There are some good songs like LYTLM, the title track and I really like the bonus tracks from the deluxe version, but the songs like Fun, Ring, LAHN, Kinda Crazy are really ruining the whole album, like wtf especially Fun, I can't take that seriously.
    This would've been a better album if she scrapped those unlistenable songs and makes more better ones like LYTLM.

    I expected more from Ms. Gomez considering that this was supposed to be her comeback album after a 5 year hiatus. Gomez’s 3rd LP is arguably one of her worst works.

    I wanted to hear this album because Lose You To Love me was good and i though the album will have this type of songs but now i can affirm than it didn't, the album have 0 cohesion, it's boring and repetitive, full of the same old rejects from her past album, this album is called rare but i don't see anything rare about it.

    Her best album by far. She found her style and fits so well on her voice. The lyrics are powerful, her vocals are pleasing to hear and the sounds make the album fun and exciting. Rare is perfect..

    I tried to like it, I really honestly tried but it’s so impossible when you can tell music is not Selena’s passion, this music is not good because she doesn’t put her heart into it. It’s so forced and the lyrics are repetitive trash. I think Selena should be acting, not signing.

Nothing on this album sounds like it belongs to Selena and Selena alone - feeling like any one of 15 other female popstars could have easily cut and sealed the track.

    There's nothing wrong with taking a song and giving it a home but when you've spent half a decade on the album just for it to end up with a bunch of artist reject sounding songs, it feels like a low effort attempt.     While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
