    Beyond worth the wait. Selena Gomez always pushes pop into new and exciting places and Rare is weird, confident and beautiful. Every song is expertly crafted and the whole album flows beautifully. Early faves include 'Rare', 'Vulnerable', 'Let Me Get Me', 'Cut You Off' and 'A Sweeter Place' but there isn't a weak moment. We have no choice but to stan.

The Lyrics is the most positive point about rare, but the instrumentals and her voice(better than never) its soo good as well.     I got the Target exclusive and the deluxe edition/re-issue and both are phenomenal and Rare is my favorite album of hers and to me her best album, one of my favorite pop albums of all time, and one of my favorite albums of all time and the deluxe edition/re-issue verison is one of my top 10 favorite albums of 2020 and the Target exclusive version is one of my favorite albums of 2020, I canI got the Target exclusive and the deluxe edition/re-issue and both are phenomenal and Rare is my favorite album of hers and to me her best album, one of my favorite pop albums of all time, and one of my favorite albums of all time and the deluxe edition/re-issue verison is one of my top 10 favorite albums of 2020 and the Target exclusive version is one of my favorite albums of 2020, I can not say enough good things about this album. Selena Gomez is one of my favorite musical artist's of all time. The writing is exceptional and beautifully personal. The production is remarkable. I loved everyone of the songs from both versions so I ranked them and my ranking is Rare, Lose You to Love Me, Dance Again, Boyfriend, Let Me Get Me, Cut You Off, Look at Her Now, People You Know, It Ain't Me (with Kygo), She, Vulnerable, Bad Liar, Ring, Souvenir, Kinda Crazy, Wolves (with Marshmello), A Sweeter Place (feat. Kid Cudi), Back to You, Feel Me, Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane), Crowded Room (with 6lack), and Fun. I loved all of the music videos for the singles. Selena Gomez's voice is outstanding just like it always is. The cover and artwork are stupendous and beautifully shot. This is her best album to date and a A+.… Expand

    Rare es un disco bastante raro, pero firme y fiel a lo que quiere contar, con cada canción te vas a un estado de ánimo diferente y logras identificarte con cada una de ellas de alguna forma. Letras crudas y sonidos agradables, sin duda es el momento de ponerte sentimental con este disco y aunque no seas fan de Selena te caerá muy fresco, ella se adueñó totalmente y lo supo hacer.

    The album is one of the best things that has appeared in the world in recent years! the melody, lyrics and feeling from end to end of each track. And a basic lesson in self-love and acceptance, all songs have something to relate to our lives and have a solution to this problem or learn about it. It took four years for that, and it was pretty offsetting.

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
