    Despite the few forgettable moments in the middle, ‘Scaled And Icy’ remains mostly strong in terms of sonics and lyricism throughout, and though it does end all too quickly it is an impressively cohesive production that doesn’t reveal even for a single beat that it was the product of long-distance virtual sessions.

    There are times on Scaled And Icy where things just feel a little safe. Overall, though, Scaled And Icy is a good record which balances out the occasional underwhelming moment with flashes of brilliance that could only come from its creators.

    Given how much effort twenty one pilots give into their presentation, it's genuinely surprising how uninteresting Scaled and Icy sounds on the surface. ... The music itself sounds so limiting and faceless.

A banda parece ter apostado em um novo ritmo e estética nessa nova era que pode não agradar todo mundo. Gostei muito das faixas “No Chances”, “Redecorate” e dos singles Shy Away e Choker as outras músicas gostei com menor intensidade mas também são boas.… Expand

    My favorite songs are The Outside, Formidable and Redecorate.
