    With Witness, the sleek production and rigid sonic textures end up doing more harm than good, vacuum-sealing her voice and most of her personality into dry, readily-forgettable numbers.

    Witness is an album full of bizarre choices--both the DJ Mustard and Hot Chip-produced tracks are, for some reason, ballads--that has the inherent appeal of a spectacular failure, but that’s about it.

    Her best album. i have never found an album with only AWESOME songs. Katy hasn't put songs just to fill it.     Definitely her best album vocally and production wise. Highlights include 'Power', 'Tsunami', and 'Into Me You See'. Personal favourite isDefinitely her best album vocally and production wise.
