    Katy Perry, just two rods: Nice Job. This album, where you used your voice and how you changed your tone and vibrates, and your notes, its nothing but art. I'm surprised with "Miss You More" and "Save As Draft" that balads you reflect all your feelings and let your fans and people who is listening to this songs how you grew like a artist. I'm so proud of you.

    Katy made an amazing job with Witness, is an album with mixes of pop and EDM creating brand new sounds so good to a dance floor. The rythm of deja vu is so involving and for my opinion power and tsumani are the best of this album. good job...

    Her best album to date. Standout tracks: Witness, Hey Hey Hey, Roulette, Swish Swish, Bigger Than Me, Miss You More. Even the "Worse" tracks on the album are still very goos. Excellent album.

    Katy Perry's much anticipated fourth studio album is as disappointing as its two buzz singles 'Bon Appétit' and 'Swish Swish' promised us it would be. It is a hugely flawed record, and it feels like each song suffers from a different type of mistake. While some songs start up real good but fall short the second their chorus hits ('Pendulum', 'Tsunami', 'Roulette'), other songs have veryKaty Perry's much anticipated fourth studio album is as disappointing as its two buzz singles 'Bon Appétit' and 'Swish Swish' promised us it would be. It is a hugely flawed record, and it feels like each song suffers from a different type of mistake. While some songs start up real good but fall short the second their chorus hits ('Pendulum', 'Tsunami', 'Roulette'), other songs have very shallow lyrics, so superficial. they sound like they've been written by a 10-year-old (for example: 'I saw a balloon floating away/ I wondered did someone let go, or did they lose it?' on 'Miss You More'). Next to that, there are tracks that are just full-on annoying ('Mind Maze' comes to mind). KP tries to channel 'Ghost' by singing songs like 'Save As Draft', or tries to end the record with 'Into Me You See' on a similar note to that of 'By the Grace of God', but she just fails to do so. The only aspect remotely close to being very-good on this record is the production that glows from start to finish. Highlights are lead single 'Chained to the Rhythm', and probably the title track 'Witness'.
    The problem is that Perry's still trying to imitate her own work on 2010-pop-perfection-album 'Teenage Dream', but the outcome turns out to be 'Witness': a bunch of un-related non-cohesive wanna-be tracks influenced more by the A-Listers who worked on them, than by Perry herself.

    Definitely her best album vocally and production wise. Highlights include 'Power', 'Tsunami', and 'Into Me You See'. Personal favourite is 'Act My Age' which is only available on the deluxe version. Would definitely suggest buying this album. I Love u Katy.

    It's hurts me to say that Witness is just trash. There is absolutely no redeeming song on the album. It's messy, confusing and feels cheap. It's production quality is something you would expect from a music assignment of a year 10 student. It just feels wrong. She's not talented, she's not songstress.

    Esperava mais. Parece que essas músicas são demos ou versões ruins de outras músicas. A mais animada é Roulette. Perry tentou evoluir, mas não foi dessa vez.

I mean, I've been really looking forward to it's release and Chained to the Rhythm gave me hope that that this album would be the best yet, but then her songs Bon Appétit and Swish Swish were made public and my worst fears we're coming true.     I love it, I feel that Katy has improved a lot in her music and as a person, besides the first time I liked all the songs of an artist album, the album is heard fresh, varied and with a lot of potential.

    Powerful, the word that defines Witness, Katy's comeback.
    As a fan, I see that that's the album that she used more her vocals, her worry about the perfection in this album it's defined perfectly.

    Highlights: Witness, Roulette, Power, Mind Maze, Miss You More, Tsunami and obviously Pendulum, the best song of the album.

    It seems flat and no sense, but is more, such a great album.
    The best are Witness, Power, Miss You More, Tsunami, Chained To The Rhythm and Pendulum.
    Give it one chance, it worth it,

"Power" and "mind maze" are possibly the worst songs in Perry's career. The already released "chained to the rhythm", "bon appetit" and "swish swish" stand out among so many messy songs. But ballads like "miss you more" and "save the draft" show a leaner Katy Perry. Already the funeral into me you see can make us more understood than a crowded bus ride. Note that the beautiful "pedulum" is an invitation to a Katy perry who tried to reinvent herself and the dancing "roulette" shows Katy with clear inspirations in the 80's and is very similar to the song "I like it rough", ex Pop singer Lady Gaga. It can be concluded that witness is not an appetizer, nor a main dish, it is a silly record and can not add to the unstable career of Perry. Sorry Katy, but it was not a hit in the basket.… Expand

    Witness is definitely the best pop album in 2017 ! Purposeful pop in it's finest. The album contains songs which lyrics is actually more inspiring than her previous albums. All of them has deep meaning so I would recommend you buying this album and listen to every songs in it.

Sus "singles", buzz singles o pre single no sé que pendejada sea esos Katycats le ponen cualquier nombre para disimular el flop en fin dichas canciones están bien elegidas porque son lo "mejor" que tiene el álbum además de la canción "Pendulum" según mí opinión, no esperen mucho ya que no lo tendrán, si ven que tiene buen "User Score" es porqué sus fans (bastaKaty decepcionando otra vez.     O álbum tem base em seus anteriores porém com uma sonoridade totalmente diferente de tudo que a Katy já tem feito, ela deixa isso claro e explicito. De 'Witness' à suas faixas bônus, ela possui letras, ritmos e tons dançantes de despertar qualquer um.     Músicas poderosas e maduras, mostrando ligações entre si. Todo o álbum funciona como uma orquestra que trabalha em sincronia, emanando batidas fortes e cheias de poder. A voz da Katy se mistura bem com a música. É um álbum misto, mas ao mesmo tempo de fórmula única.

    Katy Perry Witness is a risky proffer. Probably it´s not a memorable album, but it certainly has good rythms and (despite there are not very deep lyrics) Katherine offers purposeful lyrics about feminism, and political topics.

    em comparação aos anteriores esse álbum é fraco demais, faixas como deja vu e mind maze te fazem desistir do álbum, as únicas boas são os singles lançados antes do álbum e ainda sim não são lá isso tudo em comparação ao teenage dream

    Um álbum bastante esperado, que ao meu ver começou bem e foi dando deslizes no seu decorrer. Katy apresenta uma proposta inicial de empoderamento que é quebrada nas duas próximas músicas lançadas (bon appetit e swith swith) que remetem a sexualização da mulher e afronte entre mulheres, respectivamente.

    Eu realmente achei Witness um bom álbum, não acredito que seja superior ou se iguale aos álbuns anteriores de Katy, mas ainda assim eu gostei das faixas e senti sinceridade nelas. A única coisa que não me agradou foi o photoshoot do encarte, misericórdia Perry, esperava mais.

    Katy Perry surprised me by the maturity of this record, showed a different side from her, I believe it is an evolution of her as an artist. I liked to see feminism resent in "Hey Hey Hey" and more aggressively in "Power." For now, my favorite album of 2017.

    Album is really pretty good. it has certain idea and sound of an album, and it sounds really-really great. if listened only to CTTR or BO i will NOT get the taste of this album. As for me, the greatest song on this album is "Miss You More" — powerful ballad-confession and one of the most beautiful songs by Katy EVER. Witness should be the bestseller of the year.

    Katy is to be congratulated. This album is incredible ... a beautiful album from start to finish, highlight the songs: Power, Tsunami, Witness and Roulette. Katy made an unforgettable album (without losing a little influence of the rock genre)

    Tremenda porquería, super básica como siempre, ni con un batallón de escritores y productores se digna a hacer algo decente. Esta mierda no ha alcanzado el #1 ni en 40 países en iTunes y ya se esta desplomando, no tiene éxito ni calidad, o obviamente tampoco Grammys. ACABADA.

    I swear critics just want her to re-release the same music over and over again. Sorry that Katy raised the bar so high with Teenage Dream but move on and accept that she is continuously evolving. This album was definitely worth the wait and my favourite track is constantly changing which just proves what a great record Witness is overall. Do not be fooled by the biased critics.

    Witness means a reborn of Katy Perry like a complete artist. It's perfect, a masterpiece. Songs like Roulette, Power, Into me you see, Déja Vu, Tsunami, the vocals are on point, the lyrics are awesome. Katy Perry really did a beautiful work on that, she deserves.

    In my opinion this is Katy's most personal and powerful album. All songs are so strong and beautiful in their own way. There isn't any song I didn't like after the first listen. And this whole concept behind Witness is awesome. This album is truly a masterpiece and you will miss something if you don't listen to it.

    One of her best. WITNESS is her strongest album opening, ever. Closing with an emotional ballad song which made me cry. Her ballad songs here made me cried.

    This is definitely Katy's Artpop era. Except for Pendulum, Roulette and the Nicki track nothing is very appealing. A downgrade from Prism and not worth a 4 year wait. But the singles will be over played on the radio. The entire album was made for the radio. I think she is using Taylor's name to sell.

    Her best album EVER! Witness is full of powerful, great anthems and Katy is more confident than ever. Production is amazing and her vocals are SICK! Highlights: Roulette, Power, Tsunami, Hey Hey Hey and Into Me You See. Also, Dance With The Devil is a GREAT song which is only available on the Target exclusive edition. I definitely recommend you to buy it.

    It's probably one of the best albums of 2017. Every song has a new sound (very nice) and an electric Rhythm, one of the best songs of the album is 'Power', It's so nice to the ears and It's very good how Katy search the way ti express what she feel. Buy this album, don't think just do it

    This is the best KP album so far. She improved vocally, her play with words were great before and she delivered greater than expected. My early favorites are "Miss You More", "Save as Draft", "Tsunami", "Power". Be her "Witness" now.

Katy Perry merece até palmas por essa produção, se considerado o trabalho imposto por ela na gravação e na compsição de algumas músicas, porém é algo que fica muito abaixo (pelo menos para mim), dos demais trabalhos dela. Witness não é bem modelado. Tem pontos altos, como em Swish Swish (falandoPelas expectativas que esse álbum trouxe, pelo menos para mim, ficou bem abaixo da espectativa. Katy Perry merece até palmas por essa produção, se considerado o trabalho imposto por ela na gravação e na compsição de algumas músicas, porém é algo que fica muito abaixo (pelo menos para mim), dos demais trabalhos dela. Witness não é bem modelado. Tem pontos altos, como em Swish Swish (falando sobre um sel-empowerment anti-hater sou fodona, bucetuda e me veja rasgar meu cu na sua cara de tanto dançar), também em Miss You More (música típica para adolecentes que sofrem por causa de relacionamentos que nem ao menos existem), em Chained to The Rhythm (single-chefe do álbum, deduzo eu, sobre um posicionamento político de Katy à respeito das eleições americanas, Donald Trump, manipulação, e essas coisas que vemos na televisão). Por fim em Bigger Than Me (chega a ser um faixa muito "whatever", logo tem um ritmo bem agradavel, falando sobre quebra de taboos [paradigmas], como queiram chamar, e há boatos que esteja relacionada com a perda de Hillary Clinton nas eleições em 2016). Sem falar nas muitas faixas desse álbum, super descartaveis e desnecessarias, por exemplo Bon Àppetit, que talvez seja a coisa mais sem nexo e ilógica nesse album como num todo, mesmo tendo uma batida minimalista tosquissima, com vocais podres, contudo QUE GRUDA NA MENTE, infelizmente. Fora as demias faixas, Tsunami; Roulette; Déjà Vu, tudo com quase as mesmas caracteristicas se falar em vocal e estilo. Portanto, não é um album péssimo e lixoso, uma bosta, não! Vale a pena ouvir para pelo menos ter uma base sobre a evolução da Katy Perry enquanto mulher, artista. MAS dizer que esse álbum é o melhor de 2017, fica pra quem é fã fanático/louco quiçá surdo.     I listened to the album last night while I was already on bed. I was excited. And then I dozed off halfway of the album. When I woke up, it's already 8 AM. The tunes lull me to sleep. This album is Perry's worst. Lackluster and totally boring.

    A mixture of dance bops and vulnerable ballads. Best tracks are Witness, Roulette, Power and Pendulum with best ballad being Miss You More. Production is amazing. Vocals are also so much better than any other album before. Love the new electropop and dancepop vibes.

    While it's certainly missing any form of coherency, Witness does feel like you're growing with Perry - going on this journey that's helped her find new ground and a reinvigorated appreciation for all walks of the pop music spectrum.

    It’s a real shame Witness has come out as a bit of a disjointed mess, as there’s a decent record somewhere in there, but it gets lost in the fog of endless guest productions and co-writes that miss the point entirely.
