    This is the MASTERPIECE of Katy Perry. Passion, energy, feeling and vulnerability that enclosed in the same place gave birth to this cd. The instruments are something really unique and rare. The texts, which may have a first impact seem simple, are really well taken care of and, above all, very easy to remember. 'Miss you more' and 'Hey Hey Hey' are the best in my opinion.     I miss the katy perry who made good songs. The album has more bad than good songs. I do not really like the voice of Katy, Roulette and Chained to the rhythm are the best songs of the album

    Her best album. i have never found an album with only AWESOME songs. Katy hasn't put songs just to fill it. And for who is asking I'm not a fan. Remember: the "0" reviews are from Haters who maybe hasn't listened to the album or have listened but they secretly love it.

    The best album of the year so far and the best in Katy's career. Roulette, Tsunami, Witness are holy trinity. Roulette alone made my wig fly to Oblivia, my scalp is still bleeding. Besides these 3 tracks, Mind Maze, Power, Pendulum, Deja Vu and Hey Hey Hey are also wig-snatching songs. The whole album is so good I can't even choose the worst song (but the best is Roulette and that's theThe best album of the year so far and the best in Katy's career. Roulette, Tsunami, Witness are holy trinity. Roulette alone made my wig fly to Oblivia, my scalp is still bleeding. Besides these 3 tracks, Mind Maze, Power, Pendulum, Deja Vu and Hey Hey Hey are also wig-snatching songs. From funky pop fun songs that are Katy's signature image, to more mature tracks that catch our emotions.     Her best album so far, every track has a story behind it and it's cohesive. Loved Witness, Deja Vu, Roulette, Hey Hey Hey. It's her most artistic, personal and cohensive album to date.

    Witness is by far the most underwhelming album the pop star has released. It's unfortunate that the album suffers from a lack of direction and bland melodies. While quite a few songs have the potential to somewhat live up to her previous summer hits, the album as a whole is plagued by unimaginative concepts and fails to keep you interested.

    Her best album to date. All the songs sound like they belong to the record as opposed to being there to fill space. Very consistent piece. The production of the songs is next level from what we were used to hear from Katy, she's grown a lot artisticaly.

    Algo que me decepcionou um pouco é que alguns refrãos nao sao fortes o suficientes, como de Swish Swish e Miss You More, mas todo o resto sobre o álbum está impecável. Save as Draft dona do álbum, sim ou claro? E ela devia ter começado a era com Act My Age e deixado Bon Appetit como faixa bonus.
    Só dei nota 10 pq nao dá pra dar nota 900000.

    To be frank there are only 8 songs out of 15 that are worth to listen to , but those 8 are more than worth a score of 10. This is the most heartfelt album Katy Perry have ever created.

    I just finished the album. Its truly stunning one! I don't listen to Katy Perry all the time but some of the songs in this album really do moved me, making me repeating for the past hours. Anyway, I believe this is a amazing comeback for Katy. GOAL!

    Her most authentic album yet, Katy Perry's Witness is the dark dance album fans been waiting for since before 2013's Prism. Every song on Witness has a purpose, and as a whole, the album is certainly Perry's most cohesive effort yet. Witness is Perry's record that deserves the Grammy that was meant for Teenage Dream.

    This is by far Katy's most diverse and best album. DO NOT JUDGE THE ALBUM BY THE SINGLES. The Album tracks are amazing and you will not regret buying it. Her vocals seemed to have improved too, which can be seen on songs like Pendulum. Highlights of the album are; Witness, Power, Pendulum, Into Me You See, Chained To The Rhythm, and Tsunami!

Prism was okay, though dark horse is my favorite Katy Perry song. People might interpret the album bad because of the singles she released lately but if you really listen to the album you'll realized it's truly amazing. Witness, Chained To the Rhythm, Power, Roulette, Hey Hey Hey, Tsunami, Swish Swish, Pendelum are all great. Even ballads are all great. Couldn't ask more. Congrats Katy you did that.… Expand

    This is Katy at her best! It's lit! All songs is so true to her and they all feels very "chill" and effortless. Whole album is cohesive and it's more mature, dark than her previous albums! It was worth waiting 4 years for this! My personal favorites are: Witness, Power, Deja Vu, Miss You More and Chained to the Rhythm.

She release an album to inspire us and express herself. The production is so good! The concept is great too. I love the "Me witnessing you and you witnessing me" concept.     Definitely her best album vocally and production wise. Highlights include 'Power', 'Tsunami', and 'Into Me You See'. Personal favourite is 'Act My Age' which is only available on the deluxe version. Would definitely suggest buying this album.

    Even tho the artwork isnt that good, we shouldn't judge the book by it's cover. Witness is a masterpiece. It's a new sound for katy, and only haters will say it's bad. I'm a rihanna fan but tbh katy perry did that!

    On my first listen, I found the album to be good but also messy, boring, and lyrically confusing but that all changed with my second listen. It grew on me so much more and now I love this album! My least favorites are Pendulum and Into Me You See. Giving this album an 8/10 since it has some flaws.

The fist time I listened to it I was like "what is she doing"' but I listened a second time and i love the album, it's not as good as Teenage Dream or PRISM, but I love it! She changes her style and I love it ! Save as Draft is one of my favorite with Witness and the three singles :D I'm still waiting for my deluxe edition to hear the two bonus tacks :) I didn't give it a 10/10 because all of the songs are kinda the same, the same vocals, the same instrumentals, but it's a good album tho!… Expand

    This album is so good, but there are moments that I don't like. Good way Katy choose for now, album is very different from others her album. Roulette should be single!

    I've multiples feelings with this album. First, Chained to The Rhythm was amazing, video included. Her message, her way to focus actual problems with music. Then, Bon Appetit, with Migos. Girl, this was not what I expected, but with few listenings, I can say is an OK song. Not good, but OK.     Katy Perry expresses her full emotion and creativity with this album, which is a huge pro. She also knew exactly what she wanted to do with the album which adds another layer of depth and love to it. It is much more different-sounding than her other records and I applaud her for striving for something new and releasing another record breaking hit album.

    This is one of the best pop albums I’ve have ever heard, and the best and more mature album from katy, she's experimenting with many underground producers (duke dumont, jack garratt and hot chip), and with different genres like dance and house. It’s remarkable her growth lyrically. All the songs are enjoyable to listen, she's growing and that's what the album is reflecting to us.

    "Witness" is a step forward for Katy Perry. It's mature yet fun. It features a lot of great songs and some less interesting ones. The opening track of the album, "Witness", give us a lot of hopes for what's coming next. Its production is magnificent and, in my opinion, it's the best song on the album. Roulette stands out as a throwback song to 00's, mixed with a modern sound, creating a"Witness" is a step forward for Katy Perry. It's mature yet fun. It features a lot of great songs and some less interesting ones. The opening track of the album, "Witness", give us a lot of hopes for what's coming next. Its production is magnificent and, in my opinion, it's the best song on the album. Roulette stands out as a throwback song to 00's, mixed with a modern sound, creating a pleasuring result. The collaboration with miss Minaj, "Swish Swish" (witch serves as the third single) really represents the whole sound of the album. "Deja Vu" is one of my faves here. It's influenced by Deep House and Chill music, making it a relaxing yet catchy track that should be released as a single. "Chained To The Rhythm" and "Bon Apettit" are pretty catchy songs that scream single material. "Bigger Than Me" and "Pendulum" are also great summer anthems. Of course, there is no female album that does not feature any ballad. Katy offers three well produced ballads, with great lyrics and vocals on point. Songs like "Hey Hey Hey", "Power" and "Mind Maze" are not anything special, but still, they are well written. Generally speaking, "Witness" is better than "Prism" and equally exciting as "Teenage Dream". The four-year wait was worth it.… Expand

    I felt that the album is forgettable and no future hits but Witness and Déjà Vu are essential tracks and the rest are just fillers it supposed to be a purposeful pop but I didn't feel it.

    So different to her other albums, but it's amazing! Great vocal song and production. Deja Vu, Tsunami, Witness, Roulette, Miss You More are the best tracks

    Hell, yeah but not for this one. The album is ugly both outside and inside. Katy lost in her transition and the album ended up like a garbage. It's like an hour long torture with ear bleeding cringe worthy songs. There is no stand out tracks at all, not even one. Nothing more to describe this huge disappoinment. Absolute trash. That's it..!!!

    Katy went a bit out of her roots with this amazing album, the songs sound different compared to al her other songs and she's using her voice in a different kind of way! The whole packaging looks very nice also.

    Painful to listen. It's completely a messy production with forgettable clinched lyrics and horrible lifeless sound. There are full of fake emotions but no originality or creativeness at all. This is unforgiven considering 4 years of waiting. What a shocking disaster! The biggest disappointment of the year!

    Three singles, swish swish, cttr and BA are three worst songs among all the singles produced by her. Some songs are good, like witness, but other songs are just bad, especially POWER.     Boring, i spect more of KP, only the leader single and Swish Swish are better than the full album.
    I hope she do a better album next, because this is just meh.

The singing drags on and on, all sounds the same and is not memorable in the least. Even worse, her voice sounds thin and off-tune in many parts. There was hardly a song on this that I wanted to listen to again (or even remembered) after I listenedOne of the most boring albums I have ever listened to.     While it's certainly missing any form of coherency, Witness does feel like you're growing with Perry - going on this journey that's helped her find new ground and a reinvigorated appreciation for all walks of the pop music spectrum.

    It’s a real shame Witness has come out as a bit of a disjointed mess, as there’s a decent record somewhere in there, but it gets lost in the fog of endless guest productions and co-writes that miss the point entirely.
